My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and found this hidden gem. We’ve been looking for a go-to take out place for pizza and salads and let me just say we will be looking no further! Palermo’s has the best slices and the best BIGGEST salads. The salads are packed to the top of the container with fresh ingredients and the grilled chicken doesn’t freak me out like most places do. We tried the vegetable Stromboli the other day and that was also delicious. I’m so happy we found Palermo’s, we’ve ordered 3 times now and each time has been excellent. They are quick and the service is great. This place needs more recognition!!!!

First time I ordered from here and I was very shocked at how good the food was. How has it taken me this long to find this place!! Wings were crispy on outside and cooked all the way through. Sicilian pizza was great and so filling. I have lots of leftovers. Italian hoagie was fresh and roll was also fresh. Just delicious!! Great job and keep up the great food.

**Serious Allergy Mistake – Not Okay!**
My husband ordered the “Harvest Salad” from Palermo’s Pizza, which is supposed to have almonds. He has a **life-threatening tree nut allergy** but isn’t allergic to almonds, so he thought it was safe. After a few bites, we realized there were **walnuts** in the salad instead. That’s a huge and dangerous mistake.
I called Palermo’s right away to tell what they have done to my husband and asked to speak to a manager, but I was told there wasn’t one working that night. Honestly, that’s not okay. **Food allergies are serious, and a mix-up like this has life-threatening consequences.**
I posted photos of the salad along with screenshots of the menu from Google and Palermo’s website, where it clearly says **almonds, not walnuts**. My husband had to take Benadryl, and now we’re waiting to see if he needs to go to the hospital.
This isn’t just about us—this could happen to someone else, and the outcome could be even worse. Palermo’s needs to do better and make sure their menu is accurate. **People’s lives depend on it.**

My first time at Palermo’s and I have to say it was impressive. I ordered a Mandarin Orange Chicken salad that was absolutely fantastic. Plus the salad was enormous for only ten dollars plus 1.50 for a fountain drink. My new absolute favorite for Phoenixville.

Very good pizza. It looks same as everybody else, regular plain pizza. But it tastes amazing. Couldn’t believe how tasty this Palermo’s pizza was. Been back many times since. Amazing sauce for everything too.
