This was our first time eating here. The place is rather small, kind of gave us a fast food vibe. This place was seriously under-staffed, apparently everyone called off. The owner needs to hold these people accountable. Badrriech our server was not supposed to work the night we visited, she did an excellent job. Whoever owns this place really needs to thank her and the cook. The food here is actually good. The owner needs to step up and save this place as I don’t see it surviving if it continues this way.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, as I have always loved the food in the past. There is currently only one server and one chef. I will give props for the food being made fresh and hit, but it took an hour, with reservations, from the time we sat down to get our food and another 20 minutes to get a place for my son’s 12 inch pizza. We were the first to arrive and for the longest time there were only two other parties. As the night went on, more came and the entire experience, I did not chance ordering dessert despite wanting it, two hours! The shrimp Alfredo was delicious, as were the garlic knots. The baked lasagna was too spicy for my daughter, but was basic Italian spices. My son did enjoy his pizza and my mother-law her eggllant parmasean. I think that if there is proper staffing, this place could go back to being a five star location. I was really craving tarimasu, but maybe another time.

Needed a gnocchi night out and Palermo’s more than delivered. I had the eggplant rollatini and my husband went with the chicken marsala. His was served with the traditional linguini and was amazing with it’s two flattened chicken breasts and plenty of mushrooms. I selected gnocchi as my pasta side and wasn’t disappointed at all. Both of our dishes came with salad – we wisely had the house dressing. The entrees came with a fantastic garlic knot. We are both taking home a plenty big plate of leftovers. We also ordered brushetta which was good but needed a dash balsamic and a bit more salt. It was served in the garlic knots. It was good but not as good as our entrees. We finished with the lemon cream cake (prepared elsewhere) and the cannoli(put together in the kitchen). All in all delicious.

Good food and good service. Two thumbs up! We walked in at about 8pm and the restaurant was still a little busy, which is a good sign. We got seated and were eager to look at a menu because we hadn’t eaten that day. The waiter helped us choose entrees and we ordered calamari for an appetizer. All the food was served promptly and was nice and hot. Couldn’t as for a whole lot more. The service staff worked diligently and were also friendly.

The wait staff was very nice. The food was ok in general (stromboli, eggplant baked ziti and sausage-meatball appetizer). My meal came out 15 minutes before my wifes. I feel like alot of this could be attributed to one person working in the kitchen. He was definitely running around back there. All in all an experience that was not reminescent of Italy.

Our waitress was excellent and very charming. Food was great with a unique flavor profile. I highly recommend. Do not expect a five star decor, Palermo’s is comfortable a place to go for good food with friends and family.

The Calamari was over cooked and hard with a minimal amount of actual calamari. You can tell it was frozen. The shrimp Alfredo was tasteless with mushy over cooked noodles. My daughter described it as “milk noodles”.the salads were wilted with terrible produce. However, she said her stuffed shells were really good. Totally not worth the expense.

Went with my grandmother on her recommendation. So good! Come hungry! The bolganese sauce was Devine. The bread was Devine. I can not wait to come back!
PS if you like blue cheese get it

It’s ok. The Veal parmesan qualifies as food (which is what I was looking for at the time) but isn’t worth the $22 they charge for it. Also the side of garlic bread I got (which was listed on the menu but didn’t come with the food, I had to ask for it separately) seemed to consist of the last leftover piece from an earlier party. When I brought this up I was told that prefer their customers make reservations and the last reservations for the day had already happened and they were almost out of food (I would prefer to be turned away in the case).
I had no better options when I went here, but I would never make the choice to go here again.
