We LOVED our wedding cake from Palermo! Our venue (The Palace at Somerset Park) partners with Palermo, which made the ordering and delivery experience seamless. I barely had to lift a finger aside from filling out an order form!
We had so much fun tasting the 16 pieces of cake Palermo provides for at-home tastings. We liked most of the flavors but definitely preferred the classics to the fruit-based cakes. We ended up choosing chocolate pudding and cannoli for our four-tiered wedding cake, and we (not to mention our guests) absolutely loved the cannoli flavor with real cannoli cream filling! I didn’t have to choose Palermo since one of their cakes was included with our venue, but I would choose it without hesitation again and again based on our experience!

We had such a great experience with Palermo’s Custom Cakes! We chose cannoli and lemon flavors for our wedding, and both were absolutely delicious. Our wedding cake was perfectly timeless and fit the venue and overall vibe flawlessly. While it wasn’t necessarily a show-stopping centerpiece, the process of doing the tasting and receiving the tester box was so much fun to do together, and it made the experience feel really personal and special. The cake itself was delicious, and it made our wedding day even sweeter. Highly recommend Palermo’s for anyone looking for a classic, tasty, and beautifully made cake!

We ordered a cake for our wedding last week, and LeighAnn was the representative who helped us customize it. She got in touch with us very quickly and was always available to guide us, especially since my husband and I have different schedules. She even gave us helpful advice on the design and arranged a sample box with all the available flavors so we could choose our favorite.
As for the final cake, it was exactly what we wanted—the decoration was beautiful, and the strawberry filling was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend Palermo’s Bakery and would gladly work with LeighAnn again!

Palermo’s delivered a delicious, moist, and flavorful wedding cake that even held up well the next several days! Their tasting kit was fantastic and we tried it with about 10 people across 4 sessions, and everyone agreed on the top two flavors (chocolate pudding and lemon).
Super easy online design process. However, be aware that customizations cost extra, even simple ones. We wanted to change their dot design to clustered dots and they quoted $150 additional. What you see on the website is what you get unless you want to pay significantly for changes.
Our florist provided flowers for the cake, which was significantly cheaper than their flower offerings. The cake itself was excellent quality and tasted great! I would just factor in limited customization flexibility unless paying a lot extra when choosing your design through a vendor package.

We got three different types of cupcakes with the perfect delicate butterfly design with pink and purple swirled icing. Palermo also designed a pull-apart cupcake cross perfect for our daughter’s baptism. All of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the design and more importantly the taste!!
