For over 15 years I’ve been ordering from this place. It is very disappointing to see that the quality of food has been decreasing. Ordered a fettuccine alfredo and a spaghetti with meatballs (the meatballs are so horrible). The food feels like it’s been microwaved.

We came in the order baked clams….big mistake. We sat and waited, and saw a roach on the wall. It ran into some empty pizza boxes on the shelf beside our table. The clams were only ok. They charged us a $2 convenience fee…not sure why. The waitress was nice, but the place was filthy.

I have been to this restaurant a couple times but this is my first review. I ordered lunch and had it delivered. I called in and they got everything right for a large order. For myself I ordered the healthy pasta with only vegetables. When I got in I dug in and it looked tasty. When I tasted it, there wasn’t much seasoning to it so I had to add seasoned salt and a little hot pepper. After that it tasted more to my liking. The roll they added was pretty good though. All in all I had a pretty decent experience.

Very disappointed been coming to palermos for a long time i stopped going for about a year after ordering a tasteless chicken alfredo, today i gave them a chance and they sent me a “Beef” Bolognese WHERES THE BEEF!?! Ordered spaghetti with olive oil and garlic it was trash. Spaghetti wasn’t fresh and there was no visible garlic and hardly any olive oil. NEVER AGAIN. $12 down the drain
