I think that Paleo To Go provides an important service to LHC! Having meals that are convenient and made of whole foods and ingredients without preservatives and added sodium is great. The meals are delicious, the pricing is extremely reasonable for what food costs these days, and it is run by wonderful, friendly people.

My triglycerides are high so I am taking some small steps to cut down on processed sugars, foods, and saturated fats. I came across Paleo to Go and love everything about them. The meals are absolutely delicious and filling. They are already made so it helps me on days that I’m just wore out from work. The service is VERY friendly. I highly recommend this local company if you are looking to lighten your cooking load and are trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife is breastfeeding, and has been cutting out dairy, soy, corn and eggs to help with our baby’s digestion / colic. She found Paleo to Go and got a deal on 15 meals that fit the criteria. Therefore, I was fortunate enough to try one of the Zucchini Turkey Boat meals that she got.

I’m no food critic, but I have the hiccups right now because I ate it so fast. It was delicious, and while enjoying my perfectly portioned meal I found myself trying to deconstruct the recipe. I wondered why I had not been eating this way my whole life!
The taste is healthy, and flavorful and I truly found this meal to be a refreshing, but filling delight. The pricing is fair, and having ready to eat meals at home makes these winning dishes beyond great. Some time, I do want to try lunch in the shop though.

These guys’ food is what I eat 5 days out of 7. I just cook my own eggs for breakfast and the rest of my feed is from Paleo To Go. Just need to add some salads now and I will be golden. Quick, efficient, and very healthy. Love it!!!

Getting Paleo To Go meals during the week really helps with prepping the week with healthy meals in mind. My husband and I get the 8 meal package and are totally covered for lunches. Mark keeps clean ingredients, variety, and flavor in mind when he makes each weeks’ menu!

Every meal is a satisfying food experience. Always fresh, delicious and filling. Sesame chicken stir fry is fast becoming my favorite. It’s a can’t miss healthy food restaurant with a take out option or home/office delivery availability. Highly reccomend you try it. You will not be disappointed.
