Great coffee and great burritos. They are also veteran owned. I love supporting local businesses like these. They made my cortado perfectly. They have a huge in seating area with free WiFi. They use a darker roast which was better for the cortado. I came here every morning while on travel to start my day.

When we come to visit family we have to stop at Pale Horse. The coffee is great especially the Osprey! Nice low key atmosphere.

A friendly, welcoming place whether for coffee and study, or with friends. Caring customer service! Caera spent time looking into the best coffee storage container to keep large amount of beans fresh. Thank you, Grace (mgr) for running a friendly customer-oriented operation-not always the norm these days! -Retired military.

The order delivery was instantaneous. Not even three seconds after ordering while I was thinking “let me take a look at their merch..” did I hear “iced mocha!” The chocolate muffin is too nice and the brew? Smooth and sweet. The best iced mocha I’ve tasted in awhile!

Five stars! Ive stopped by Pale Horse a few times and have always been impressed by their service and great coffee! The atmosphere is always welcoming and never took long to get my order! There is a very sweet young lady named Lindsey who always gets my order correct and is very friendly! I hope to meet more people like her during my next visit!

Pale Horse Coffee in Greenbrier is a must-visit for coffee lovers! Their expertly roasted beans and bold, smooth flavors set them apart from the rest. Whether you’re grabbing a classic espresso, a rich cold brew, or one of their specialty drinks, every sip is top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help you find the perfect roast. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—great for catching up with friends or getting some work done. Plus, their selection of whole beans lets you bring the experience home. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates high-quality coffee and great service! 5/5 stars!

This place is about 30 minutes from me and it is more than worth it to make the drive on the weekends. I’ve tried a couple other locally owned coffee shops that are 5/10 minutes away and they were no where near comparison to Pale
Horse. I’ve bought a pullover and a glass cup from them and both items are of great quality. Yesterday when I went there had to easily be 20+ people in line waiting with two girls running register and making drinks. They did a great job and we were not there long at all and they had great attitudes.Thank you guys!

It’s quite possible for me to say that Pale Horse Coffee is my go to place for a quick boost of liquid energy, and fun interactions with my favs: Grace and Emily. Gray, the owner, is also a wonderful guy. Pale Horse supports America and patriotism and has a good heart for the community. The atmosphere is friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the drinks are well-made.

I decided to walk to Pale Horse since I work nearby to get some coffee. I normally drink decaf at home but this week I needed a boost so on Thurs (11/13), I visited the store for a HALF-caffeinated option. I told the cashier that I can’t have a lot of caffeine, but I needed a boost, and SHE recommended the HALF caff option. The other lady at the coffee machine also said they could do that. So, no problem. I got a small, hot coffee, half cafe with white chocolate syrup. The best! It was so good that I went again on 11/17 – no issues with the small, hot coffee, half caff option. But, today (11/18) I go and get all kinds of backlash of how I can’t do that and how it’s not possible when I just did it on 11/13 and yesterday 11/17 with NO problems. The girl at the register kept saying we have to give you espresso and water or just a latte – meanwhile the line is getting longer and I’m getting more stressed bc I don’t know why there’s confusion with the order when I just did this yesterday. I got whatever they recommended, and it tasted awful. Threw it away as soon as I got to the office. I wish I knew the names of the ladies who worked on 11/13 between 1 and 2pm bc the ones working today were clueless and not very accommodating.
