One of our favorite restaurants. Great for family dinners. They also have a wonderful happy hour and specials each day of the week. We most recently used them for our Christmas Day meal. They prepared beef tenderloin with peppercorn sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, Caesar salad, and rolls. They food came in carry out containers with heating instructions included. We picked it up on Christmas Eve. It was delicious and so convenient! The manager told me that because they received so much positive feedback on the tenderloin it was going to become one of their standard menu items. We love so many items on their menu already.I highly recommend this establishment.

Just tried this place for lunch and was incredibly impressed! We ordered off their lunch specials, and the portions were huge and the food was absolutely packed with flavor. Our server was fantastic – really attentive and offered some great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

I booked a luncheon for 17 in December for a birthday. We used the private room and I am still getting compliments on the service and food. The location is great because its access to Beltway 8 made it convenient for guests from around Houston. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable.

I ordered the chicken masala, expecting the rich, flavorful curry I grew up with. What I received was nowhere close. It looked like they opened a can of crushed tomatoes and poured it over some pasta, then drowned the chicken in a thick brown sauce with mushrooms—nothing remotely resembling a masala.
The presentation was disastrous. The dish looked like it had just been tossed together in a mixing bowl and dumped on a plate. “As seen in picture” I managed to eat only the chicken, and even that was a struggle. I couldn’t stomach the rest. Incredibly disappointing.
To top it off, the waiter delivering my salad let his thumb touch part of it as he set the plate down. Not exactly what you’d expect from a restaurant trying to offer a quality dining experience.

Palazzo’s is just the kind of little local restaurant that you wouldn’t mind encountering as a welcome gone-nationwide chain in every major city. It totally lives up to its designation as a neighborhood trattoria, the Italian equivalent to the French bistro or friendly congenial local table. There, customers can always enjoy respectful service and consistently tasty fare. Antipastos are varied and always worth the choice. Their salads are fresh, crisp and try their unmistakably pleasant house vinaigrette. Their surprising pastas are rewardingly unique, each with its own Palazzo’s flare, first time and every time. Likewise, each Palazzo’s entree delivers its own special example of just how skillfully this kitchen knows the culinary craft.

We always have great service here. Tonight Luke, our server, was fantastic- he is attentive and kind without being intrusive. The ambiance is relaxing and you forget you are in a neighborhood restaurant. We love coming here for some of our favorite Italian dishes and love the pizza too. We eat here or order out at least once a month if not more!

Showed up at 7 tonight with family and kids. Was told 15 min wait. Took my son outside to play and wait. Shortly after my family came out and was told by the receptionist that the wait would be too long for our kids to wait and we should consider something else for dinner. She literally offered us to take a Pizza to go. I went inside and talked to the receptionist. She told me her manager said it would be a 20-30 min wait. I said that’s fine. Then she said it could be longer as a big table had yet to get their entrees yet. Again we were willing to wait but every time we said we would wait the time got longer. Pretty much told us we should go somewhere else because of the wait.
The restaurant had many open tables and was maybe at 50-60% capacity. She said servers wouldn’t take care of those open areas. I don’t think they were understaffed. I just don’t think they wanted to take care of us since we had children with us.
Good food on our previous visits but not kid friendly tonight.

A delicious little Italian place hidden away in Westchase. Quiet crowd and plenty of seating on a Saturday evening, this place probably caters more to the business lunch rush, but is still a great option for dinner. Bread, lasagna, pizza, and wine were all solid, as was the service. Would absolutely be back when we’re craving Italian food for dinner.

I eat at this location every time I’m in the area and I’m never disappointed. Julio was a fantastic server. Glasses and breadstick baskets always filled, and food came out quickly and prepared to perfection. The pizza is irresistibly delicious!

I went with three friends to celebrate the holidays. Julio was gracious to let us have separate checks. The bread sticks as always are delicious and served with olive oil and a balsamic type vinaigrette. I ordered a spaghetti with marinara sauce. The serving was plentiful and the sauce delicious. It came with a delicious side salad that included black olives and feta cheese. My friends loved their chicken piccata dish. Christmas music was playing in the background. There’s plenty of free parking.
