The staff at Palais de Jade are genuinely warm and welcoming – their friendly service really enhances the dining experience. The food leans toward traditional Chinese-American comfort fare rather than modern interpretations or highly authentic regional dishes. While it’s not groundbreaking cuisine, it’s well-prepared and satisfying. The flavors are familiar, making it a solid choice for those seeking reliable Chinese food in a pleasant atmosphere. The combination of attentive service and dependable cooking makes it a good neighborhood spot, even if it doesn’t push culinary boundaries.

We took a large party of 8 to dinner here and it was BEYOND AMAZING!!! Wendy and her mother were the most attentive team ever. Our drinks were never even half empty and the food was outstanding. We had sesame chicken & beef, sweet & sour chicken, broccoli and beef, chicken chow mein and pork and chicken fried rice. For appetizers we had the teriyaki skewers, the pot stickers (which are to die for they are so good), and the bbq ribs. Every bite we took was outstanding. The ambiance of the place was the peaceful and relaxing. We were celebrating life with our family and every moment was great. We planned out when we would be returning before we even left. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants great Chinese food and wonderful, attentive service.

Ordered BBQ pork fried rice and BBQ pork egg food yung by phone. When i got there they told me it was $48.41! Two EFY patties in a box over filled with very thin sauce that spilled all over the bag they put it in and the foo yung was wet and pretty tasteless ($24). Big mess! The rice ($19) was OK but the overall experience was bad enough that I will not return. They also charge their customer for using a credit card.

The service was great and the food was delicious. I really loved their salad with the peanut dressing; it comes with their lunch, but you can order separate for dinner. It was very simple, but the dressing was delicious. Their chow mein is amazing. I also like to get the sesame chicken but I am sure everything on their menu is great.
They have a more affordable lunch menu. But I felt that the service and atmosphere were nicer at dinner.

We ordered take out from this restaurant yesterday and was shocked at the price for two entrees and a soup. $95.00. I think the thing that was most off putting for me at that price point, they didn’t even include rice or ask me if I wanted it. I went home and ended up having to make rice. If you are going to charge exorbitant prices for take-out, at least include rice. War won ton soup was excellent as it should be for $32

Palais de Jade offers an excellent dining experience in every way. The food and signature drinks are delicious. I loved the lychee martini and the handmade potstickers. Mary the owner is an absolute delight. Very sweet and welcoming. Our server Wendy was extremely professional and attentive. This is definitely a high quality, fine dining experience that everyone should enjoy!

This was our 1st experience eating at Palais De Jade on Christmas evening. Very happy we made a reservation two weeks prior. Wendy was our server. She was incredible!! Quick to order, made sure our food was perfect, double & triple checked if we needed anything. Our water glasses were continually filled. Now the food…so fresh!!! The flavors of our soup, dinner was sooo good!!! Also, large quantities, so, YAY!!, leftovers!!
Let me tell you, Palais was grand central station last night and every single customer was merry and satisfied!!! Merry Christmas to the entire staff at Palais; you were all fantastic!!

Traditional chinese food. Slightly nicer ambiance. Was looking for chinese food for lunch on a Sunday. 4% cheaper if you pay with cash. Fried chicken that we were told would take 20 minutes took 30 minutes and honey glazed walnut shrimp and shrimp chow fun took 50 minutes. The shrimp chow fun was a bit saltier then we would have liked but staff told us it was because that’s how the non-asian people liked it. The food is good. I may consider coming back here. Parking lot was easy to park at. Coffee N’ Comics is right next door.

Service was ok and atmosphere was fine but food just misses. The owners have cut expenses by eliminating expensive ingredients from dishes and the cooks need training in how to cook. Flavors and seasonings were off. 1 dish was under cooked. Most entrees are about $25-30. In another cost cutting measure, it is $2.50 for a small bowl of rice which I assume most people want with many Asian dishes. Our party of 4 ordered 6 bowls.

Loved it. I had three dishes and a soup. Staff was nice. The decor was lovely and The food came out quite fast. The servers made sure to continuously fill up our cups of water. Oh my gosh the water yall it was ICE cold. The music was not too loud either just chill. The food was fantastic I really enjoyed it all. The chowmein with chicken, the Singapore thin noodles and the (in the picture) fried duck with biscuits all great very tender. The duck smelled really good.
