Good quality food at a good price. Chips, beans and rice are a baramater, and this place has the goods. Our entres were delicious as well. (Chicken cheese dip, and chicken fajitas) Yum yum and reasonably priced for the area. Also I loved the decor and music being played. Can recommend.

I had a great experience here. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in, which set the tone for the meal. I ordered the fajitas and they were excellent, packed with flavor and cooked just right. The whole place has a fun atmosphere with modern art and beautiful lighting that almost gives it a playful Beetlejuice vibe. It feels tucked a bit farther back in a spot that could be easy to miss, but I really hope they get the attention they deserve because the food and service stand out. The margaritas were strong and really well made. This will definitely be a new go-to place for me.

Best Mexican restaurant in the area!
I live just 8 minutes away and always had to drive 25+ minutes to get to my favorite Mexican restaurants. I’m Colombian and always look for food that reminds me of home — especially soups. When I saw they had chicken soup, I decided to stop by and give it a try… and wow!

First of all, when I walked in, I couldn’t even focus on the hostess because my eyes were admiring the décor. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and I was impressed by how clean everything looked. Every time someone leaves, a staff member cleans the table, chairs and sweeps the floor — such attention to detail!

I ordered the chicken soup, and it was absolutely delicious. I didn’t expect much since the menu said it came with chicken pieces instead of a full cut, but it had more chicken than broth! So flavorful and comforting.

The service was excellent too. This place truly deserves my review — and your visit!
I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on, and I’m happy I no longer have to drive all the way to KCK or Independence for great food. ❤️

Have been wanting to try this place as I see it all the time going to work. Thought I would order a to go through grub hub and I got a lunch chimi. It was reasonably priced and was a pretty good size for lunch. I also got chips and salsa with my order as well. The food was really good. I really liked how the meat was seasoned too. Salsa a little too spicy for me but it was good. The girl at the door that helped me was really nice too. The restaurant looked clean and nice but I didn’t get to see much of it since I got a to go. Maybe I can eat inside another time.

had a fantastic experience at Palacio Maya! The margaritas were absolutely delicious, and the unique selection of tasty dishes really set this restaurant apart from other Mexican spots. The interior was clean, fresh, and brightly colored, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The servers were incredibly friendly, and we were able to enjoy a quick yet satisfying lunch. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This is an overall good Mexican restaurant. The table salsa has good flavor but is not overly spicy. They have a hot salsa for those who want it. There is a good variety of dishes,
I enjoyed the enchiladas, but the chili relleno was mushy. I found the flavor ok but it was ruined by the texture.
