Family is from Guatemala but higher mountain region and I have never tried most Guatemalan food!! 🙁
I tried the Chile rellenos which were tasty, filling and bomb!! One of favorite dishes
My bf got the parrillada I think, well seasoned and cooked. The rice and cold salad were good too
The plátanos with the beans and crema were a 10/10
The refried beans was so good reminds me of my moms
The drink I got was melon and it was sugary for me and not fully melon, maybe mixed with the instant powder juice flavor. Idk
I feel like the atmosphere was too open idk I think they are missing something to make their restaurant better idk what it is
Also maybe switch the playlist up a little

I tried there chicken pepian , it’s was so delicious that I went there the next day . I also tried there combo BBQ , It’s so tasty, the seasoning and well cooked . The staff is so friendly and eager to help . When you try the pepian chicken as for the country chicken one , it’s so tasty . There Tortilla is hand made and really tasty . The rice we get with the chicken is amazing as well . I will go there again when I go to San Pablo. It’s worth a visit if you are driving anywhere within 5-10 miles . Support Local businesses

The restaurant’s atmosphere is fantastic, the service is exceptional and the food is amazing. If you are looking for authentic Guatemalan food this is your place. From the music to the way the restaurant is accommodated, the always attentive and polite staff and the delicious food they serve; this is a place where you’d want to come back. If you are Latino, this is your place. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen people for various ethnics eating here and it’s always satisfying to see how much they like the food.

OMG ! This is a quaint little restaurante! It’s beautifully decorated with traditional art on the walls. It has a fresh selection of traditional baked goods.The music was Christian Spanish and very pleasant to listen to wether you get the language or not. The servers were VERY nice. The FLAVOR WAS FABULOUS.!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. There was a lot to complain about but I’m here to write about my experience with the staff.
At the end of our meal they brought the check. I put down some cash as that’s all I had and a man came by to collect. He asked if this was for the bill, I replied yes and he left. I waited about 20 minutes for my change and I finally flagged the guy down and he had such an attitude. I asked him about my change and he said ‘he doesn’t know, theyre busy’… I told him that’s not an excuse to not come back with my change. He left angrily and then came back and THREW my change on my table! As if he was so bothered by me asking for my own change! I asked him what his issue was and he said he didn’t like that I told him I was expecting my change back. Excuse me?! In what world do people just take money and not give back any change? It was crazy. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re extremely rude!!
