Ordered a specialty pizza at night and picked it up and it was awful because it was I called the next morning the manager refused to give me my money back because I didn’t call the same night. I returned the pizza almost whole for them to see how terrible it was and walked away. Because they have no headquarters and my online complaint wasn’t answered because he personally owns I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Customer service is downright awful.

Ordered pizza tonight because I didn’t feel like cooking, place my order online at 6:17 PM, it is 740, I just called and canceled it because it’s still not here, on last check in with them at 7:23. I was told that it would be here in five minutes, which already would’ve been too long to have waited, but I decided to, I understand if they are understaffed or whatever is going on, but this is just pretty unacceptable given the pricing, all in my pizza order had come to about $50 !
An hour and a half to fail to deliver a single pizza 1.5 miles on weekday is ridiculous, never mind given the price point.

Our order was about 80.00. Everything we ordered was NOT what we ordered. Very disappointed with this place. When taking our order the young girl seemed confused on wheather they had the items or no. So at that point already knew our order was not gonna come out right! We are a usual there, but this time our order was a complete mess. Everything was cold and very dry! Not worth your 80.00 here! Go somewhere else!!! This was a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Burnt and chicken was rubby. And this does not look or taste like a QUESADILLA!!!!!
