I’m not one to usually complain, but my experience at Paisanos was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share. First off, the atmosphere was non-existent; it felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. The tables were sticky, and the lighting was harsh. But okay, I can overlook ambiance if the food is good, right? Wrong.
The pizza was a major letdown. I ordered a simple pepperoni, and it arrived with a disturbingly greasy sheen. The crust was soggy in the middle and burnt around the edges – a real textural nightmare. The pepperoni tasted like it had been sitting out for days, and the cheese was rubbery and flavorless.
To top it all off, the service was incredibly slow. Our server seemed disinterested and never checked on us after delivering the pizza. Getting a refill on our drinks was like pulling teeth. Overall, Paisanos was a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The pepperoni pizza is so good and cheesy! The fries are my favorite! The service is also really good and respectful! I recommend anybody to come here!

I am a fan for sure! Welcome to the neighborhood Paisano’s! So far I have had the pizza twice, a bacon cheese burger, wings and their Southwest Grilled Chicken Sandwich. All were solid or great. The wings are solid, a little on the small side, but crispy, tasty and they give you more than a fair amount. The fries come in two varieties, I prefer the fresh cut. They also have a few pasta dishes and other sandwiches that I will have to try out. Every time I’ve ordered the food has been super fresh and the flavors are on point. The pizza is great! The only thing is that they tend to cut pizza in triangles and I know that’s traditional everywhere else in the country, but this is Chicago and I’m use to squares. I’m sure they will cut it in squares, if you ask, because the people working there provide fantastic, friendly service. Another thing that I love about it is that, if you ask for an ingredient on one half of the pizza, they only charge you for half an ingredient charge. A lot of places around here are jumping on a trend of charging a full ingredient even if you only want it on one side of the pizza. It’s the little things that people coming back, and this is appreciated, Paisano’s!

First time ordering. I ordered a thin crust sausage and onion. DELICIOUS!! Delivery was on time. Girl who took the order over the phone was very polite. The pizza has so many flavors and just the right amount of delicious sauce. I’m still tasting the goodness a half hour later. This will be our go to pizza place moving forward.

Was there with a male friend of mine last night and had I believe a 14″ pizza. It was half cheese half pepperoni plus 2 steak tacos. My goodness it was delicious! Food was cooked to perfection. We dine in btw and dining was clean and cozy. Will be going back there!

I might have just had the best tacos in the neighborhood. They use the same pastor for their pizza and I’m intrigued. The poppers were so good I left and immediately thought “ I think I need more. Should I turn back?”

I ordered from paisanos on door dash and had multiple dashers drop off of my order once they arrived at paisonos. It seems they were closed on a Friday afternoon and didn’t turn off their orders.
