At one time I loved Paisano’s and ate there once or twice a week. In the last year they have completely fell off. Barley any cheese and the dough is bland and almost a cracker. The pizza is almost too small for the box now. At one time the dough was awesome and they had the best cheese pizza in town. Now I would save your money and just buy a frozen pizza. It will definitely taste better.

Walked in at 9:00 on a Friday night and everyone had great attitudes and the food came out quickly! The new Bees Ferry pizza and Italian calzone were AMAZING!! My husband cannot quit talking about the calzone crust! Will definitely be back whenever we are in the area!

The food is always excellent. Whenever I’m in town I always make to get me a sandwich. And BONUS! My food was delivered like ten minutes after I hung up the phone. Fastest delivery ever!! Can’t say enough about how great this place

I love this place. Food is excellent. Until Friday, I didn’t have issues with the service. The person in front of me apparently didn’t leave a tip on a pick-up order and one employee said to no one in particular “no tip, that’s always nice”. This attitude by gen z and millennials had always been really really old. This tip mentality for doing nothing but having me sign my bill is completely over. At least for me, especially now. You can shove all the receipts you want in my face with suggested tip amount (starting at 20% no less) and it won’t matter. In fact, if you’re bold enough to do that then I’m bold enough to put 0%. If you can’t afford to pay your staff, after charging almost $20, including online ordering fees, for a sandwich then you need to close.
I’ve been coming here AT LEAST twice a month for over 10 years. Now it’ll be occasionally at best. I’m not putting up with that attitude on top of drastically increased prices over the last few years.

Pickup was 25 minutes late with no heads-up when we arrived and no apology once ready. When we got home, the sandwich was soggy and the wings were cold; clearly they’d been sitting while waiting on the pizza. We’ve had better experiences here before, so we’ll give it some time and try again down the road.

Burned too many times here in various ways so finally leaving a review after tonight’s experience.

The wings here are a consistent joke. They are the concepts of wings, if you will. The picture doesn’t even do this justice, as it appears in them that their may be a nibble of edible meat – I assure you there was not.

They also forgot the dressing with my salad and the tomatoes seem to be identifying as raisins.

The pizza was solid at least, credit there.

Tonight they did have my order ready at the time specified, but that is has not been the case more often than not.

It’s a local neighborhood place I’d like to support, but it’s been a consistently poor to mediocre experience over the years.

I’m staying on James island and didn’t feel like going to downtown Charleston for dinner. Google did not let me down with this place! Being from the north east this place reminds me of my home town pizza place in Vermont. I got the Hawaiian pizza with added bacon and the mozzarella sticks. The marinara sauce is some of the best I’ve had and they are not shy on adding cheese or toppings to the pizza! 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager of the establishment. Through both their online apps the only way to order a single pizza is to order the pizza in all three sizes. There is clearly an error in the system, so I called in directly to place my order over the phone. Manager refused to help and I was told that I would have to order all three sizes as per the owners instruction or take it up with the app company.

That’s not how you treat your local community that are here to support your business.

It’s pizza so it can’t be that bad- but it’s just not that good. The crust is like cardboard, not crispy, and they def don’t use quality ingredients. You also have to wait in a long line even if you already ordered and paid online. I got a waiter’s attention and he begrudgingly got my order so I didn’t have to wait any longer.

Placed order. Denied it but they charged card asap and called and said quickly they can place it but it would be another charge and 5 days to get refund! Don’t charge my card if you can’t complete my order! Love the food but never again!
