Really solid pizza and great attention to detail. I left a note in the delivery instructions explaining that my wife is pregnant and asking for pineapple on half of the pizza since I couldn’t select it properly in the app and they actually did it!
Pizza arrived hot and fresh and crust was perfect. Appreciated that they actually read and followed the note, happy wife happy life.

Every time I order and pay for extra sauce, it’s missing the one that comes with it and the extra one I pay for. Staff can’t refund it without owners permission. My fat boy pizza was burnt. It’s too bad because I actually like the food. They just charge me for things they won’t put in my order. Not the first time. Will be my last time.
Update: I never heard back about getting my dollar refunded by the owner. I guess they won’t approve refunding me back a dollar after 3+ weeks? A dollar is worth losing my business permanently?

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I chose this restaurant over the other pizza places in the area because it was locally owned and had high reviews. I got a medium pizza and some lemon pepper wings. I have had frozen pizza that tasted better than what I ate tonight. The sauce tasted like it had burned in the pan, the cheese was minimal, and the dough was very bland. The wings were ok, but tasted like something I would grab from a grocery store hot bar. The service was friendly and attentive but unfortunately I ordered this for carry out so I couldn’t request something else be made. I was excited for a good pizza, ended up wishing I had just cooked a Digiorno.

The Italian pizza was so delicious! The tomato sauce is smooth with a balance of sweetness and tanginess. The meats and veggies perfectly complement each other. There’s a slight kick, possibly from the pepperonis.
Wings were the perfect size, crispy and well cooked. The lemon pepper flavor was a bit salty, especially the pieces with more seasoning.
The salad was so fresh and the ranch was delicious! It was thin and herbaceous and just very good.
They have daily specials.

I got take out today. I’ve ordered there maybe twice before. The boneless buffalo wings were way to spicey (ordered mild) and gave me a stomach ache, but the pizza was just terrible. The toppings seemed to be old and the crust tastes awful. Cost me $40 for ten wings and one large pizza. I should ask for a refund, but I definitely will not be back.

Ordered online. $80 order. None of the extra sauces were with the order. Girl at the counter didn’t even double check the order before giving it to me. None of the parmesan cheese or cutlery that I requested was there either. I had to ask her to get the extra items. The food had a great taste, but the dough was so thin, it couldn’t hold the toppings. And I didn’t request thin crust. The person working the dough just made it wayyyyyy too thin. Every single bit of the toppings fell off the pizza when my kids were trying to eat it. What a waste of money. Every pizza employee knows that the crust needs to be strong enough for the toppings. The photos don’t do it justice. SMH. Never again.

Sad to give 3 stars to my favorite pizza restaurant but the last couple times I’ve ordered from this location have been bad experiences. I ordered delivery a few weeks ago and it looked like my pizza was dropped and thrown around… i gave it another chance and this time I ordered pickup to avoid having any issues and discovered I was given all drums, no flats AND they didn’t put a lid on one of the sauce ramekins. Needless to say, this savage rd resident is NOT ordering from this paisanos location again.

Absolutely horrendous. I placed an order online via Uber eats because the past several times I’ve tried to call to place an order their phones are always wonky they can never hear me etc. The lady at the front counter today even said their phones are still having trouble. Anyway, I placed an order online, I immediately called to verify they received the order, (the phone was staticky but the girl who I didn’t hear her name said they had my order). When I arrived, my order was incorrect, the 1st lady I spoke with was very nice. The 2nd lady with the short-ish poofy hair was very rude. Then the rude lady got Richard, the manager. He was the most disrespectful person I’ve had the “pleasure” of dealing with. When he walked up front I tried to speak to him and explain what happened, be refused to look at me, just looked at the computer, crumpled up the paper he was holding, huffed and puffed and walked away mumbling “we will make it”. Umm no thanks Richard. I told them not to worry about remakeing the food because after that attitude and disrespect, honestly I didn’t trust the quality of food I’d be given. I will never return.

Exceptional service at Paisano’s! Despite being very busy, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The cashier impressively caught a small mistake on my order as it came from the kitchen and ensured it was corrected immediately. The food was served hot and fresh. Highly recommend for the wonderful staff and great food!
