It was my first time visiting the store! The staff were so friendly and kind. The food was fresh and with good portion! The bathroom was clean and I could tell they take good care of their store and customers! I also like the customers who came in during my visit there. That’s a plus! We’ve ordered pizza as delivery and pick up and every time, the pizza is consistently delicious. They use fresh ingredients and the crust is a Goldilocks “just right” of flavor and thickness. I get the all veggie but choose the option to cook longer. That’s a selling point!
Also, their pineapple pizza is great. The sauce and pineapple go really well together & the pepperonis are small & crispy, not oily.

I don’t know what’s up with this store lately, maybe it’s management. I been ordering food from this location for years! Because I used to work at hybla valley plaza since 2013. I ordered online my favorite Greek chicken salad, and when I pick up there’s not chicken at all, I even sat there a couple of times and same thing and it wasn’t even busy! Management need to be strict on their employees and train them right. No phone during rush hours. I pick up my order just now, when I asked for the chicken the manager goes it’s the 1st time u have ordered from. I said I’m not gonna argue with you ma’am I’ll put in on black and white for you, because I been ordering from this location since 2013 and not just one meal but 5-7 meals at time for my co-workers. So upper level please guide the person u have managing this store because I didn’t get this issue with the others managers before.

The buffalo chicken pizza is my go-to. It’s good almost every time I order! The boneless wings were teeny tiny and chewy; they weren’t tossed in the sauce we chose. I wouldn’t get those. The wings aren’t bad though!

Wrong order delivered. Manager was nice and had them redeliver the correct order but they came with no extra cheese like paid for, and instead of larges I think they were medium. Really small. But, having them come out a 3rd time .. I just didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore. The pizza used to be a bit better than it is now. It’s not horrible but it’s not amazing, it’s ok. (Photos are old from the first time I ordered Paisano’s. It was 5/5 back then!)
