We are from chicago, here passing through visiting family. This place was recommended to try by family so we did, it was near our hotel. I had my doubts because it was a chain and reading some of the reviews but to each there own, it was actually great, we loved it.
Both pepperoni pizza and wings were good. Its a Saturday night, the pizza was half off so prices were great. We went there late right before they closed so no one was there, order was done quick, the gentleman that took our order was helpful and very nice. We did carry out but you can dine in. Place seems very clean. Plenty of free parking, they are open till 11pm on Saturdays. I would recommend this place for some good pizza.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the white pizza and the hot honey pizza, and both were amazing. The white pizza was creamy, flavorful, and perfectly baked, and the hot honey had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, so good! The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and a great addition to the meal.

Got the buffalo chicken pizza.. it was pretty good but it was not spicy at all…. it wasn’t even black pepper spicy. Please add some spice to it. Unless they forgot to add buffalo sauce? I’m not sure.

This locations problem is operations and quality control fail. The food is good but my last 5 deliveries was inaccurate and/or not prepared well. Is anyone checking the food before the delivery person leaves to make sure the order is correct, food is prepared and packaged well? I love the location near my job old in Reston. High quality food and delivery was good and accurate. Woodbridge is not the same caliber and frequently disappoints. I give up. I’m done with this location.
Order #5: The sausage and pepperoni pizza. Not a big enough problem for me to call but consistent quality issues is enough for me to finally write a review. Two full slices with no sausage? And this is the order I received after speaking with the Sr Manager about a problems from my last order. He gave me a credit because of my previous issues, but is the pizza prepared well for a customer with recent quality and delivery issues?
Order #4: Missing garlic bread with my Italian entree
Order #3: Ordered side salad with my Italian entree. My salad was put on top of my oven hot pasta- the result was a disgustingly warm, wilted salad and dressing. Simple solution
put very hot items and very cold items in two separate bags.
Order #2: Delivery was close to reaching to over an hour and a half. The tracking app showed the driver going in circles. Called the store, they told me the driver is lost and that I should come and get it from the store- after I have prepaid for delivery including a tip for the driver. I get a call back after I am already half way to the store that the driver found my house.
Order #1: Ordered Baked Spaghetti, but received garlic spaghetti. Called the store, they told me they are busy and instead sending the driver back out they will give me a credit for the baked dish for my next order if I call the store. The next order, I call and realize they only gave me partial credit for the replacement entree so I ended up paying for their mistake.

From the moment I was served, they were rude and had a terrible attitude. The cashier was an older gentleman and threw my receipt away when I asked for it. I went to ask if there was a promotion for 2 fettuccine alfredo, like at other Paisanos branches, but the cashier, with a terrible attitude, told me he didn’t know.

I’m not one to make complaints or anything but I don’t recommend that you come to this place. The customer service is terrible and the one who serves at the checkout knows nothing about promotions and serves in the most horrible way. I also throw us the receipt just to ask for it to know the price.

For the second straight time they have made my order incorrect. This is by far the worst paisanos I been to. Chicken n pepperoni way different toppings his recommendation was to wait 15 minutes for him to correct after I had already waited 20 plus minutes when it 12 minutes to kick off of nfl playoffs. What’s wrong with this guy. Stay away

1st time ordering from this location via doordash delivery! Even if it took 45mins, food arrived warm. My family and I are stuffed. Bone in Buffalo mild wings were great. Spaghetti w/ meatballs and the Steak & cheese sub was good too! Compared to another place where we spent a bit more, Paisano’s definitely satisfied us more!
