Reviews
Legitimately, one of the worst pizzas I have ever tasted. My hotel was only a mile from the establishment, and it was still hot when it arrived, however the cheese had already solidified and grease had began to puddle on the entire surface. There were no redeeming qualities: the cheese was not desirable, the crust was rock hard and the actual pizza was very flimsy. I will absolutely never order another pizza from here, it just wasn’t edible.
Also for transparency for the owners if they see this: I ordered from the restaurant on 6133 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA on 19 February 2026. I was order #41.
– first off I get it with delivery some places still do the no contact delivery stuff, but no contact doesn’t mean leave food on the ground with no ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door or even a call. That should be common sense in my eyes. You don’t just leave the food you deliver without notifying the customer at all in some way, contactless or not.
– service was good until the delivery, the delivery was stupid and annoying that my pizza was crawling with ants due to being left on the ground without getting notified.
– prices are normal for the area.
– after calling and having to almost beg for another pizza to be delivered everything got fixed but the whole no contact thing was annoying and I was not aware of that and the policy for this business on that need to be updated where they train drivers to in some way notify the customers when dropping off food.
– the newly made pizza wasn’t that great cause we were arguing about everything and feel that they made it sloppy on purpose.
– not a good first experience and probably won’t come back to this location.
The guy behind the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude alone is enough to make you never want to come back. He was coughing constantly (yes, coughing — right in front of the food!) with no mask or any care for hygiene. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are way better options with decent service and cleaner conditions.
