The gyro is solid and satisfying, packed with flavorful meat, tomato, lettuce, tzatziki sauce, and generous feta. Priced at $10.99, it’s an excellent value for the quality. The meat lasagna is hearty and comforting, with generous layers of pasta filled with ricotta and mozzarella, topped with marinara sauce, and served with garlic bread. Priced at $13.99, it’s a great deal for the quality.
Using the touchscreen to order was fast and easy. I appreciated that it didn’t prompt for a tip before payment, unlike other similar restaurants that often ask for tips even without providing additional service. I look forward to returning to enjoy more comforting Italian dishes from this location.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place genuinely deserves one. What truly made the experience stand out was Atticus. He was amazing. just genuinely kind and attentive. He made us feel like he actually cared that we were enjoying ourselves. That kind of service is rare, and it made such a difference. Highly recommend if Atticus is working, you’re in great hands!

Awesome new location for the Paisano’s in Fair Lakes. The move to over near UPS Store, Starbucks and Kohls is a much needed refresh, provides more parking and less congestion than the previous location. The store now has ample seating, a drink fountain and the ability to order on touch screens inside. Happy for this team and location!!

Just did takeout for a quick dinner one night. Places the order online then went to pick it up. Was excellent, though the online service said it was ready before it actually was (still only had to wait 5 minutes).
Food was great! They have more unique options and variety if you are looking for a break from more typical takeout / delivery. Buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese topping, count me in!

I had dinner at Paisano’s in Fair Lakes and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with a side of garlic bread. The pasta was cooked perfectly — just the right texture — and the meatballs were flavorful and tender. The sauce had a great balance of taste, really tying the dish together. As a self-confessed carb lover, I only wish the portion of garlic bread had been a bit larger, but that’s probably for the best! Overall, it was a delicious, satisfying meal that I’d definitely order again.

All the food at Paisano’s is delicious which has kept us coming back again and again over several years. Most of the time we get delivery and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff is extremely friendly, including Ashwanie, who is one of the delivery drivers we see quite frequently. You can’t go wrong with Paisano’s. They have never disappointed us!!!
