I had a great experience at Paisano’s Pizza – Fair Oaks, and it’s largely thanks to Atticus. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right with my order.
He was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and made solid recommendations. My food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. On top of that, his positive attitude and work ethic really stood out—you can tell he takes pride in his job.
Customer service like this is rare, and Atticus represents this place extremely well. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Keep up the great work!

The cashier was very friendly, and my order was taken immediately. This place is small, with a couple tables. The wait wasn’t long, but my chicken cheese steak sandwich was lacking. It didn’t have enough chicken, fried onions, nor cheese.

Had a sizeable delivery order for group of 15. The pizzas were fine (albeit small) but I would note that multiple people independently expressed a preference for Dominos (I always thought Paisanos was supposed to be a little better so that feedback is something they should pay attention too). I was quite disappointed in the boneless chicken bites – they were quite small for the price and there was not enough sauce on any order (to the point you had sauceless bites even after scraping the bottom) – they also came in a container half the size of what I normally receive. I don’t typically buy from this location so I wonder on the chicken if it is sourcing differently than other locations. Delivery was on time and driver was good.

I had the best Philly Cheesesteak hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The steak melted in my mouth, and the caramelized onions paired perfectly with the gooey cheese. To top it all off, Nick surprised me with a complimentary slice of cheesecake! The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend checking this place out amazing food and even better vibes!

I have ordered many times from paisanos and have been very happy however my most recent experience was very disappointing. Part of my order did not arrive when they delivered everything. When I called them to let them know I was missing items they acknowledged that they forgot the items and asked if I could come pick them up (after I had paid a delivery fee). When I told them no and asked for a refund for the missing items they said they weren’t sure how to do that and would see what they could do. This is an unacceptable solution to ask the customer to come pick up the items that you forgot to deliver. If I don’t get refunded for my missing food, I unfortunately will not be ordering from paisanos again.
