Despite the reviews being 4.4 stars. Paisano’s provided a very disappointing, overpriced greasy pizza. I ended up not eating the last piece as shown in the photo. They do not provide water for free and require you to purchase bottled water. There was a kind worker who cleared our table. However, I do not recommend this pizza place at all. Go to Old Dominion Pizza Company in Fairfax instead.

I have been coming here for years. The margarita pizza is absolutely wonderful – I’m addicted. The cheeseburgers too – they use a very high quality of meat. The service over the years has been wonderful. Staff are always so pleasant and I get my food quickly too. Giovanni is such a great manager and always a delight. You are welcomed the moment you come in the door and it’s just a pleasure to come here for both food and service.

i’m not the kind of guy to make a bad review but heres what happened me and my son walked in the place smelled like rotten eggs we ordered a pizza and the sauce came out raw and burnt and when we tryed to order one of the employees was keep laughing at my son and looking at him head to toe i tryed to get the manager to get a refund but he said i’m the manager even know i asked one of the workers who’s the manager and he didn’t say it was him all the workers where rude the guy wanted to fight whit me he said meet me out side in 10 minutes i been to a lot of pizza places but i never had a experience like this before when i came home i trow up dont go here there was even people talking about it outside buy the way cost $25.50 for one pie if could gave 0 stars i would i’m pretty shure they make fake reviews

The manager (didn’t catch his name, Hispanic male) was incredibly kind and even though our wait time was long, we observed him checking on his young trainee employees, making sure they drank water, teaching them, and caring for customers. Very nice guy. A regular customer at a nearby table was so sweet and shared a slice of her pizza with our son while we waited. We never mind waiting on our food if the humans who are making it are wonderful people who take care of others. A surprising experience in a small, humble establishment. The food was honestly good and we enjoyed it!

I love the food, the costumer service is wonderful. I come in about 2x a month and he remembers my order , he always ask how I’m doing . Most of all I love to come in and be greeted with a smile and how I’m doing, this makes my day. There has been times when my pizza was brought out to my car.
