Delivery driver held the bag with food in it sideways. Everything is ruined. Also there was some garlic bread loose in my bag, it left a lake of oil. Glad I didn’t use the disposable silverware because it must have been open since the oil soaked the napkin inside. Would not recommend delivery if that’s the food you get. Unfortunately I also tipped, so I basically paid extra to have my food ruined. Would not recommend. Also was delivered 20 minutes later than their app said. Edit: They did refund my money with no hassle, increase rating.

My husband went to pick up pizza tonight. They gave away our order to someone else, then got it wrong and had to make it a third time while he waited. They did not offer any compensation for their mistakes. To top it off, the Margherita pizza was virtually devoid of cheese and pretty terrible.

Ordered twice garlic knots from here this week, first time they were over cooked and garlic sauce was tasting terrible, called next day morning they said they issued store credit on my phone number which I tried to used that same day at night and I couldn’t use it, came to the store to pick up a ham calzone I ordered online and spoke with cashier who agreed to replace garlic knots from last night, after telling her to don’t overcooked the knots and to don’t used that same terrible garlic sauce, when I arrived home to eat the food I had the same issue with the garlic knots.
I’m very disappointed of this location after trying them for some times with the pizza which I didn’t like it because the cheese taste is very bad, the garlic knots are tasting bad every day. I used to live in NYC and they said they have NY pizza taste but that’s not even close to a cheap NYC pizza taste.
I have to said that not all is bad that’s why I don’t give a 1 star review, I have tried ham calzone some times and it’s really good.

On September 5, 2025, around 9 PM, I encountered a delivery driver at the corner of the shopping center while I was in my car. There was no stop sign, and both drivers were expected to yield. However, the delivery driver took up two-thirds of the road and yelled at me for no reason.
How will he treat other customers if he behaves this way toward me?

I just had a pizza delivered. It was horribly burnt and inedible. The person who boxed it for delivery knew it was burnt. They should have thrown it in the trash and started over. How can a restaurant that sells pizza not know how to make one. Is that good customer service! Have you no pride in your food. Shame on you! I recommend anyone considering this place not waste their time or money!
