Ordered their new Margherita pizza. Was supposed to come with pizza cheese as well as mozzarella on top. Arrived with only sauce and mozzarella. Called and they said “that’s how they make the pizza”. Well then don’t advertise it as coming with pizza cheese? Looks nothing like the picture. Delivery time is absurdly long. Driver also called me a racial slur.

Food is AMAZING the quality of the food is unmatched first day me and hubby got paisnos we were back the following day for another order the second time we tried cheesesteak and wings also the pizza again it’s amazing. Authentic Italian food everything tastes fresh…This is my go to Italian spot. They have the option of ordering online and picking up that is what I do. So I’m not sure why people are saying it’s long wait times there isn’t. We went on Saturday and Sunday and we didn’t wait a long time for our food. I would also suggest just doing an online order for pickup. You are able to earn points towards food also when u sign up for an account which is a major plus!

I will chalk today up as a bad day. You shouldn’t tell people you instituted a policy for two years, nor escalate the severity of the reason, when the person recently ordered and no one did that previously. People, stop getting angry because some one questions something. I am paying for it, not you. I have a right to ask the same questions you would if the shoe were on the other foot. And it’s a little hard to believe when you ask for a manager. You just happen to already be speaking with a manager and part owner. Humm, JS. Not sure what type of corporate contact number I recieved because it directed me to an email…one that was said so quickly that I couldn’t even make it out. I’ve ordered from hear mutiple times and everyone was stellar. One time I recieved credit because my salad was partially made.
So I wont discourage any one, but you may have to pack your patient’s, just in case. Food is great. Portions are worth the money. Good sales and promotions, People are usually very friendly and helpful. Everyone has a bad day.

I have on several occasions ordered Paisano’s. The pizza is fine–sometimes it’s actually quite good. But the service is consistently disappointing. More often than not, you can count on your delivery to arrive at least 20 minutes past the latest estimated time; and calling only gets you some made up excuse–the most recent one was “it’s raining.” There’s never an offer to adjust the price, provide a coupon, or give any sort of goodwill gesture. Just the excuse and an empty promise that the pizza won’t be cold. The pizza was cold.

Excellent food and customer service for catering! My daughter’s field hockey team was playing at UMD and we wanted to host a post game dinner/tailgate for the team and parents. I’m so glad I discovered Paisano’s! They were so kind and accommodating from the moment I placed the order up until delivery – I even called them 30 min. before our order was scheduled to be delivered to see if they could come later as the game went into overtime and they accommodated us! We ordered the baked ziti, garlic spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, and garden salad. (They also offer gluten sensitive pasta which was a big plus.) The food was delicious and delivered right on time and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their catering services!

I don’t know what is going on at this location, but it is declining. Each week we seem to have an issue. This week the pizza was just wrong. I ordered three pizzas and one was completely wrong. The other two barely had any cheese on them and they all looked liked they were sliced by a two year old. An absolute waste of money.

Paisano’s is the definition of mid. A true DMV pizza chain, I came here for dinner pickup under the Easter 2 for $10 each deal. I got one Pepperoni and one Gyro, onion, and mushroom. The pizza was not very crispy, but at least the ingredients stayed together. The gyro pizza was pretty good and a unique option. Overall though, the pizza was just not any special and is only worth it if you have a special deal and are fine with mediocre pizza. The service was fine. I asked for one of the pizzas to be double cut and also square cut, and they kind of got that done. The atmosphere is just a cube; check photos for the interior. Overall, I think I’ll be fine if this is the only time I eat Paisano’s.

Shocked and in awe!!! This pizza is banging!!! Margarita with Ricotta Cheese was slamming! Add in a Chicken Cheesesteak and your in Melatonin heaven! Mannnnn…this place is the bomb. I gotta go back to work but this is a new lunch spot! Wow!

Paisanos is (in my opinion) one of the best pizza spots in college park! They always make my order fresh and hot and i’ve never had any problems with the service! The employees are fantastic as well! This is def my go-to spot. Oh and if you like chicken salad, def try the chicken salad sub!
