Pisano’s Pizza never disappoints. The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — you can really tell they care about quality. The crust was perfectly cooked and the toppings were generous. What made the experience even better was Nelson, who took my order. He was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and easy. This location used to be great there was not enough staff working on the front .
I waited in line for a long time.
I’m giving 1 star because of the cheap management and customer service. Nelson was very rude.
Hopefully this reaches the Manager because I hope this is not how other customers are treated there.

I ordered takeout and got attitude with my order for grabbing a few extra napkins. My gyro did not taste fresh either. I used to love this place/company but now it’s time to find another. The middle eastern man in the store needs some customer service training badly. Highly suggest corporate do a secret shopper to see what I am talking about.
