Paisano’s Restaurant & Lounge is the kind of place you hope to stumble upon when you’re craving authentic Italian food with genuine service. From the moment we sat down, our server was attentive, prompt, and polite—everything you want when you’re settling in for a hearty meal.
We started with the fried sampler, and it set the tone. Everything on the plate was tasty, but the standout was the fried mozzarella—crispy outside, gooey inside, and easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. For mains, the chicken alfredo was rich and creamy without being heavy, perfectly balanced and satisfying. The stuffed shells, served alongside the spaghetti and meats platter, were another highlight—well-prepared, generous in portion, and full of flavor.
Even the dishes that weren’t the absolute best of the night were still good enough that nothing ever detracted from the stars of the table. That consistency says a lot.
The atmosphere seals the deal. Inside, you’ll find a rustic, old-school Italian vibe—comfortable, welcoming, and underscored by Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin crooning in the background. It feels timeless, and it makes the experience feel even more authentic.
If you’re looking for a warm, hearty, and true Italian dining experience, Paisano’s is a must.

Our server, Parker, was amazing. She was so enthusiastic and welcoming. The restaurant is gorgeous and has a romantic atmosphere, especially the booths. The food was delicious and the portions were a very nice size for the price. My husband and I can’t wait to come back here! We came right when they opened and there were only a few other diners but I did hear them taking reservations as well so you might want to make one if it’s a busier time.

We went to Paisano’s last night for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and piping hot. I had the tenderloin and my wife had the veal parmesan. We also had the fried mozzarella and penne for an appetizer. Everything was amazing!! The atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for, quant and perfect. The service was amazing. Our server, Bri was perfect which made it even more special. We cannot wait to go back and to take out of town guests there. If you have never been there like we were, it is a definite must. Thank you Paisano’s for an excellent dining experience!!

I came here to pick up dinner in a Friday evening in May while in town for an event. I ordered ahead online so I was only in the restaurant for about 5 minutes. I was surprised that there was not one other person in the place. While I was waiting one couple did come in and I heard or say to the other that it was quiet but it would get busy later in the evening. I don’t know how late they are open but I picked up my food around 6:30p.
Anyway, I had penne with chicken and red sauce which came with a side salad and a roll. I didn’t realize I was getting a roll so I had also ordered garlic bread. The garlic bread was enough to feed at least 3 people. The pasta was good but there wasn’t too much chicken in it. There was more cheese than I would have liked but I maybe didn’t read the whole description online before placing the order.
The person who handed me the food and was maybe the hostess was quiet and I don’t remember if she even said anything at all. Prices were comparable to other similar places I have been.

Awful. Our service was terrible. Didn’t bring bread. Didn’t bring butter or plates after bringing bread. We ordered pizza, still didn’t receive plates. Never once refilled our drinks. Sub par food at best. Dinner rolls tasted like freezer. The soup was Obviously microwaved. The shrimp Alfredo was fishy and the pizza was lack luster. I also think we were charged for tiramasu that we ordered(with dinner) but never received. By that point I was just ready to go. I’m not the type to complain, I’ll just never go back. The atmosphere is very dated. The entire experience gave me “tradition and history keep people coming here” not bc they like it but bc they are familiar with it. Not my cup of tea, and I’m not trying to knock the place.. it just didn’t ring any bells for us. Try it yourself. 4/10 , I almost took our tip back.

Careful when you order online..it’s not the same as when you order in the restaurant.
So it was not about the delivery time because I ordered from the App and picked up in the restaurant.
