The food was absolutely a great surprise. Everything was super tasty and not your typical heaviness when prepared outside of Italy. Very nice spin on traditional dishes and the homemade pasta is worth the trip alone. Server was very nice, offered specials and answered questions. The place is huge and has 3 separate rooms and an outside terrace which we did. It get to experience. We were seated along the pathway so it seemed like a busy area and we definitely felt the hustle. Have heard nothing but great reviews and wanted to try it. We will definitely be back. Cheers!

We had the fried calamari , short ribs , ox tail pasta , rib eye , creme brûlée and cappuccino. Short ribs was melting in mouth , oxtail pasta was perfectly flavorful, steak was in sweeter side and the dessert was good as well . Our server Julia was great and the hosting was warm as well. Overall good dining experience. We will come back again !!!!

Holy (insert expletive here), never again. Ok, I was in the mood for a pasta carbonara dish for a semi-late lunch around 1:15pm. Figured I’d give this place a try, fairly empty at the time but tasteful decor. Was greeted promptly and inquired if they have a pasta carbonara dish available since I had a hankering for it. I was cheerfully told yes and welcomed to choose a table. Waitresses were excellent and VERY easy on the eyes as well. The dish took a bit, but I was certainly able to occupy myself. Salty salty salty salty. I didn’t finish, and I’m one who usually does, especially a dish with no added protein aside from the bit of bacon here and there. Then I get the bill. $35 for a bowl of pasta and a glass of water??? With tip, this salty lunch cost me over $42 and honestly didn’t even taste good. I shudder to think what a steak goes for here when a pasta dish ran me $42. Nope, never again. Sorry to the lovely and efficient wait staff, but I cannot by any means recommend. You can find FAR more cost efficient options where the dishes are far better crafted.

I have been going for years and always loved the place. Now the portions of some of their meals have become so small they look like small appetizers. Between the prices going up and the portion of my favorite meal (pappardelle which costs $29) literally being cut in half it is tough to keep going back.

Nice atmosphere and great service. I have some mixed feelings about the food. The pistachio cheese cake was excellent, however the short ribs with gnocchi was not that good. The ribs where burnt on the outside and the sauce tasted like a tomato sauce added after, not a sauce made from the braising liquid. Also the bread that they charge for seemed over baked with a very thick hard crust that tasted slightly burnt. This is coming from someone who loves a good crusty bread and would be happy to pay for a good one.

Went last weekend with a friend and by first glance the place looked very nice, the new outdoor deck is very nice. Our waiter was nice but our food took forever to come.. we waited for our appetizers for an hour and our main courses for another hour after that. I’m not sure if they were short staffed that day but our waiter definitely could’ve came and told us something about it instead of avoiding our table the whole night. After waiting for so long, we got the food and we weren’t amazed. There was nothing wrong with it.. they were just basic meals and for that price we were expecting a lot better. Overall, I don’t think we’ll be coming back sadly..

We stopped by for a quick lunch while walking in the area. Service was pretty good and the place was fairly empty when we came in the late afternoon. Per usual my pictures are after I’ve already started eating. I really liked the Oxtail Ragu and the braised short ribs with gnocchi. They could use just a touch more seasoning and spice even after adding a ton of red pepper flakes. The glazed stuffed pork chop was entirely too sweet. There was nothing to balance the sweet flavor at all. The bread wasn’t worth the calories. I love sourdough but this one the crust tasted burnt and the chewy inside had no flavor. It couldn’t be redeemed with butter or olive oil. If you go, try the Oxtail Ragu over the gnocchi and I think you’ll have a hit.
