This was my first time here. My dinner companions are frequent eaters here. We had a reservation for 7 pm but were not seated for more than 30 minutes. It like a long time to wait for them to sit me 30 minutes later in a section that they weren’t using when I arrived. It was very busy and we had to flag down our waiter to put in our order. It had been a while.
The food was delicious. Tasted fresh and well made. I had no complaints on my eggplant and veal. My husband had the seafood pasta and he said it was very good. My complains had the braised rib- they said it was delicious but that the portion was smaller than the last time they were there. Overall I would come here again because the food was excellent.

We had the most fabulous dinner here. The food was amazing! – you can see in pics. We had the fancy steak and the eggplant caserole. omg the eggplant was absolutely outstanding – not too cheesy and super flavorful! Steak was cooked to perfection! Service was fantastic and the vibe was everything. We weren’t rushed at all and enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much for making us happy we left the house (lol.. too often we think we would have been better off staying home but thankfully you totally proved us wrong!)

Valentine’s Day dinner here was exceptional. Every plate was flavorful and comforting and the portion sizes were perfect. The sourdough bread and fried calamari make for a great appetizer and the lava cake literally melts in your mouth. Absolutely worth the visit!

We arrived without a reservation, the manager seated us immediately, and the cocktails were good, although they took a while to arrive, so we knew we better order right away. When the appetizers arrived, I asked for the children’s menu and was surprised to find that they don’t have anything specifically for children. Then I asked another waiter if they could please serve grilled chicken or something for my 2-year-old son to eat. Almost 20 minutes later, when I asked where was my son’s plate The waiter said the manager told him they don’t serve food to kids at that restaurant. It took them 20 minutes to tell me they weren’t going to serve anything to my son. At the very least, they should inform customers beforehand that they don’t serve children.

Shoutout to “Juliet” who flipped the table from the minus point to 10 out of 10. At first after we sat down for 15 minutes no one was coming to greet, talk or take an order and we almost left the restaurant until “Juliet” started her shift and came right away to our table. We told her about the situation and she apologized immediately which was not her fault at all. to be honest because of her so we decided to stay and ended up having early dinner here. Now talking about the food everything we ordered was excellent calamari, mussels, stuffed eggplant, oxtail ragu and stake or even the breads 10/10 I’ll definitely be back! Again thanks to “Juliet” who made our dinner way better than we expected. (For the management team make sure the service is always on point and the first impression is very important if it’s not a good start it’s not gonna be a good experience for customers)

I had a reservation for the restaurant saturday night at 630. I got there and they told me they are running behind. I didnt get a table until 720.
We sat down. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and Cesar salad to start. They asked if we wanted bread so we said yes. Took almost 40 minutes to get bread. They told us they were baking it still and then it came out barely warm. It was so crunchy you could barely enjoy it. When the bill came we were shocked to see we were charged for bread. I have never in my life been charged for bread and if you’re going to charge for it, at least make it good.
The stuffed mushrooms were okay. The salad was okay but the dressing was way too anchovy of a taste for me.
Our meals were good. We had the salmon and scampi. Both were good. We ordered cappuccino’s at the end and they tasted horrible. Sugar couldnt even fix them.
Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Its disappointing because I heard such good things about this place but between the reservation being almost an hour behind, waiting 40 mins for hard bread that wasn’t free, it just isnt worth it to me.

Huge disappointment, I wanted to surprise my son (12) for his birthday dinner. I called at 515 and asked Sophie if we could stop by and sit in the front room, explaining we would be no longer than 45 mins. She accommodated, we arrive and get marched straight to the back room. She explained things happen and it was busy (as 3 tables sat empty). Oh well…

There was a perfect ratio of mozzarella cheese and homemade tomato sauce. Although the mozzarella cheese didn’t have a golden char, the sweetness of the sauce made up for it.
The service was phenomenal. Server Freddy and server assistants Juliette & Alan kept my water glass filled and they made me feel right at home.
As a bonus, if you dine on Thursdays beginning at 6 PM, there is a solo guitarist and $10 cocktail specials.
