Pairfield is a hidden gem! Their pizza, pasta, and salad is fresh and mouthwatering. I am especially fond of the Hombre Loco-e, which is packed full with pickled jalapeños, olives, roasted chicken, chipotle ranch, and cilantro. It’s savory, spicy, and has a tasty and chewy crust.

The lemon lime pie is delicate and sharp. The warm banana bread pudding is indulgent, just sweet enough without going overboard, and has a satisfying crunch of walnuts on top. You’ll wish you ordered two.

The owner has been here both times I stopped by and has been extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. All the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.

Food comes out promptly (nice and fresh) and portions are great for sharing.

This is a nice ittle hidden gem in San Ramon. Love love love everything about this place, Beer, food, cleanliness, and of course the most important of all Great Customer Service. That’s everything you need to have a nice experience, is nice to see the owner (Jeff) setting some awesome standars for his staff, as he’s also giving you suggestions on what to pair with the delicious variety of beers they carry. The chicken wings are to die for. Pizzas are delicious, specially if you like thick crust, this is the place to go.
My friends and I always have a good time at this place.

We stumbled into this gem while charging the car. The vibe was so welcoming, instantly greeted and provided with beer suggestions, and had great interactions with the locals. The owner Jeff has such passion to provide a high quality, unique taste experience at a reasonable cost. I’d absolutely recommend stopping in and or becoming a regular.

Calling all Pizza nerds and beer nerds!!
If you love local craft beers and delicious pizza, this is your homeland!

Great craft beer selection on tap (ask for the secret menu). And the pizza is legit. Crispy crunchy crust and fresh hi quality toppings.

The owner was there during our visit and clearly he has a passion for serving up brews and za. Super nice guy.

Atmosphere is like that pizza place your parents used to take you to….booths, tvs, and they even have a party room!

Such a great find!

Rare find. The owner has created a thoughtful experience, pairing unique pizza creations with a curated selection of beers. The pizzas are built on top of a satisfying crust, just the right crunch and chew. The toppings are balanced, no one ingredient overpowering the rest. Try the lemon lime pie if you like citrus forward deserts.

Pairfield Pizza & Paints in San Ramon is a great spot for a night out! The space is classic and roomy, giving it a comfortable and inviting vibe. The pizza selection is limited but unique—each option feels thoughtfully crafted, so there’s something special about every bite. Their beer selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of options on tap to satisfy any preference. The private room availability is a nice touch for groups or special gatherings, and adds a layer of exclusivity.

The service approach is interesting; you order virtually, and there’s a single server on the floor, which keeps things efficient and low-key. While it’s not a traditional dining experience, it works well for the space and gives you a bit more control over your time. Overall, a solid place to relax, eat, and have fun. Looking forward to visiting again!

The best pizza in the Bay area. If you love a crunchy crust with a rigid lift this is your spot! Amazingly perfected pizza cooked in the original style oven to get that flavor and foundation that holds up to the toppings. House made Italian sausage is out of this world. Everything is fresh and sliced daily. Real house shredded cheese daily. Jeff is incredible and allowed my family in at 5 minutes to closing. He went above and beyond and made our day! We are going to be regulars no doubt! Thanks Jeff!- brother James and fam ! Cheers!

We heard about this place a while back and we had been curious about it. It was described as “a pizza place that focuses on pairing beers with pizzas”. It is that. But it’s also more.
This place is another example of being able to taste the food and know it was prepared by someone who is passionate about culinary experiences. We had some good recommendations from our server and everything we tried was a notch above good.
There’s also the fact that some things on the menu were especially unique and like nothing I had ever tried before. The bread bites with chili lime flavor are a great example. I highly recommend those.
We both loved the wings and my wife even went as far as saying she thinks these might be her new favorite wings from anywhere.
The pie was also fantastic but they change that monthly? Seasonally? It leaves me excited to try the next one but also potentially sad that this one might go away.
It was also nice that Jeff came around and had some conversation with everyone and checked to see how we liked the meal.
I read some reviews about the prices being a bit high before we came in and my thought on that is that in this case the cost is worth the value of the experience. We have certainly spent more for worse food at other places. No regrets spending the money here where we get such excellent food.

I visited this place yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming from start to finish. We ordered two appetizers—wings and deviled eggs. The wings were extremely doughy, and the deviled eggs were overwhelmed by strong Indian spices that didn’t complement the dish at all. At $7 for just three half eggs, I expected something much better.
We also ordered two pizzas, which took over an hour to arrive. After receiving the first one, we waited an additional 15 minutes for the second, only to find it had been boxed up as a to-go order for someone else.
As for the food quality, I’d rate the pizza 1 out of 10. It was overbaked, dry, and as crunchy as potato chips (not in a good way), with barely any toppings. Overall, it was a disappointing meal and not something I would return for or recommend.

Awesome pizza! Owner Jeff is crushing it here. Attention to detail is the deal. There are so many pizza options in the tri valley area but this place is the real deal. Real people making real food. Thanks Jeff! School of Rock San Ramon had our second end of year Holiday Party tonight and the pizzas and salads were so on point! Quality is the focus here and we love it!
