Paige’s Bistro is officially one of my new favorite spots in Smyrna . From the first bite, I knew this place was serious about flavor. They serve American comfort food with a Cajun twist, and everything I tried was seasoned and cooked just right.
The waffles were golden and fluffy, the chicken tenders were crispy and juicy with no dry bites, and the salad was fresh and flavorful. The cheesecake? Absolutely amazing. I also grabbed their lemonade, and it was the perfect finish to the meal.
I love supporting Black-owned businesses, and Paige’s Bistro is definitely doing it right. Great food, good portions, and a welcoming vibe. I’ll absolutely be back, especially with their second location opening soon. If you’re in or near Smyrna or their original location in austell , this spot is worth the visit.

The food was amazing! I will for sure be coming back and recommending it to my friends. Never had chicken tenders like that. The food is seasoned very well and not dry. The portions are also great! I got the chicken tenders with mac and cheese and a peach cobbler waffle and wow! It was so delicious.
