I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered a Kpop Demon Hunters theme cake from the establishment for my daughters birthday. We agreed to the cake being purple/pink, have stats, and music notes. I also purchased cake toppers and additional decor to make the theme come to life. They ASSURED me their team has done many Kpop demon hunters cakes and it would be great.
The cake I received was SO disappointing and sloppy and not worth the $350 I paid. I did not say anything at pickup as I needed to check my records and digest a bit on what I got. It was white and pink cake. No stars. And a weird looking gold decor element that was not discussed or approved. There were also obvious messy parts. I am sure they will respond with their own variation of the story but don’t be fooled. The cake doesn’t even look like a Kpop demon hunters theme.
Don’t come here. There are better and more professional places you can go to.

I had passed up my usual place (Pie Jacked) and decided to swing by this place for the first time 2 days ago as it popped up in a search for gluten-free desserts and I didn’t want to turn around. It was easy to find, super cute inside and the lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. I grabbed the last 2 gluten-free cookies which were huge, 1 gluten-free cake pop, and 2 regular cake pops for my son. He loved his cake pops. The gluten-free one was delicious as well. It took me 2 days to get through 1 of the gluten-free cookies. I had planned on enjoying half of the last GF cookie tonight and that’s where the disappointment hit. I pulled the cookie out of the bag and as I broke off a piece, I saw a long strand of black hair partially embedded in the cookie and in the solidifed chocolate drizzle. My son and I have dreadlocks so this couldn’t be ours, plus it was partially in the cookie so the most logical thought was it either went through the oven or fell on the fresh out of the oven hot cookie and got stuck. Now this leaves me questioning…. Are hair nets optional? Was the hair net removed prior to placing them in the oven? Was it not worn upon removing the cookies from the oven or during decorating allowing for a strand to find its way onto this cookie? What is the overall cleanliness of the kitchen? I likely would have returned due to the cute atmosphere and friendly staff but I don’t think I can stomach anything else having found this in my cookie and knowing that we’ve already consumed the other items is unsettling.

A friend chose Paige’s Bakehouse for our catch‑up, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The space is bright, welcoming, and quiet enough to let a conversation breathe. Staff greeted us right away. They offered a rich assortment of goodies, which includes gluten‑free and vegan choices. I picked up a gluten‑free vegan brownie for my son, who was home with the flu, and he gave it a thumbs‑up.
Service was quick, coffee was solid, and we had no trouble hearing each other. Easy parking out front also helped keep the stress level low. If you are looking for a spot in Downtown Round Rock where you can talk comfortably and leave with something sweet, Paige’s is a smart choice.

My mistake was visiting Paige’s the first time because now I can’t help myself from visiting every time I visit RR library or take my sons to their guitar lessons up the road. The full size cookies are delectable (the cookie butter is my favorite). The mini-cakes are all good. I’ve tried most of the flavors between visits, treats for birthday parties, and goodies for baby showers. And I even adore their frosted sugar cookies. I was hesitant to buy them at first due to past experiences with like every other bakery where the cookie and the highly decorative frosting are almost too tough to bite through—not so with Paige’s! The cookies (all 5 that my children and I shared) were tender and the frosting was smooth and creamy. I’m not sure how she can decorate so beautifully and with such detail using such soft and delicious frosting. I also love the bliss balls when I want to pretend I’m going to be healthy. Don’t forget to wash your treats down with cayenne-spiced Paige’s Latte!

I’ve used them for 3 different functions now (2 baby showers and a gender reveal) and I’m never disappointed! The team hits the nail on the head every time based on the inspiration photos I send in. They are also so accommodating to order adjustments, even last minute ones if the adjustment allows. The cookies always taste great! I’ll always use Paige’s for fancy cookies!

I recently bought Paige’s Bakehouse’s Babycakes for my son’s engagement party. They were the hit of the party! They tasted AMAZING and, decorated as little brides and grooms, they were ADORABLE! Stacy worked with me to come up with exactly what the party needed.
Plus, Paige’s Bakehouse has DELICIOUS gluten free treats!

I’ve got to share how my brother Mitch turned a cookie run into a hilarious fairy ballerina show after losing a bet. He made a grand entrance, bursting in with a twirl, wand sparkling, beard clashing with his tiara, pink tights, tutu and bloomers. The staff dubbed him “Bearded Ballerina” and handed him a sprinkled cookie,
He twirled every time someone mentioned tutu and they had him sing “I’m a Little Teapot” with a teapot pose and “I’m a Silly Fairy” while skipping around, wand waving. Everyone was cracking up, and Mitch obviously loved it, grinning and adding extra skips!
They said they will be posting pics online so everyone can see the “Bearded Ballerina” and how much fun they had.
I hear they said, “Come back in your tutu anytime!” Paige’s is a must for cookies, treats and laughs—Mitch promised to return, tutu and all, since he and everyone obviously enjoyed it so much!!

My Mom found Paige’s Bakehouse while searching for a geode cake for my daughter. I was initially a little apprehensive because of some of the negative reviews BUT I’m here to tell you that from start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to work with! When I reached out with questions/concerns they were polite & responsive, they were patient when I changed the colors 3 times and the cake was GORGEOUS!! It legit looked like an Amethyst & my husband said it was the prettiest cake he’s ever seen. My daughter & her friends LOVED IT. Thank you so much to the team at Paige’s!! I won’t think twice about ordering for future events!!
