Best ramen I’ve had locally, and the pork buns are to die for. Staff is fantastic and accommodating, but space is limited so seating can be a bit of a wait. So so worth it!!

It was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Lobster buns (not shown), Paitan ramen, spicy Maine lobster sushi, and the Pork Katsuson. It was very tasty and was served in great portions. The lobster buns were our FAVORITE because of the buns!

First off, love seeing how much the employees enjoy being together. No one has told them one isn’t supposed to enjoy work and those with whom they work
Brussel sprouts & daikon carrot salad are very good and loved the hamayaki.
Will definitely return when in town

Friendly people and chill atmosphere! the tofu in the vegetarian ramen *chefs kiss* is incredibly memorable, and their brussels sprouts are a must every time we come. The tofu buns are also delectable! I love it all.

Excellent vibes and quick, informative staff. I had the paitan with crispy pork belly, which was absolutely delicious. I tried the fried Brussels sprouts, and they were just okay. Overall, an excellent place for dinner. Easy place for solo dining as well.

The lobster bun was amazing and the gyoza was good but we were let down by the ramen. The broth was lacking flavor the egg was overcooked and the pork was too thick and flavorless. Disappointed since this was one of the best rated ramen spots. Also side note when you walk in there’s a strong smell of urine.

Some of the best ramen I’ve had. The flavours are more elevated than traditional ramen, so expect more subtlety. Karage was also delicious. The staff were very friendly and sitting by the bar was fun

Every bite of this meal was perfection. The tofu steamed buns were cooked absolutely perfect. One of the best tofu bites I’ve ever had! The salmon was fresh and a great cut. The rice was seasoned so nicely as well. The ramen was said to be very good as well. The mules were a great addition to our dinner. Can’t wait to come back and try some more dishes.

Food was pretty tasty. the onogiri was okay, hard to eat unless you used your fingers and tasted a bit burnt. the nikuman pork buns were really tasty- great sauce! we had the paiken and chicken shio ramen. I loved the broth of both, especially the chicken one. and the seaweed in it was very delicious! ask for the spicy garlic paste! service was a bit discombobulated- inconsistent & not very attentive but the staff was friendly when they did come over

Warm Ramen on a chilly day! From the decedent, full flavored broth, the fresh vegetables, the meat, the perfectly cooked egg, to the ability to request spice on the side, each ingredient elevated the dish to a higher level of warmth, and taste. The appetizers were scrumptious, and the drinks were tasty! The staff was even polite, and knowledgeable when answering our questions. We arrived at the right time, as it started getting busy…Pai Men is that good!
