After walking through town unimpressed with the lunch offerings, we read about Pagosa Bakery. Just what we were looking for, this cool looking quaint bakery hit the spot. I ordered the red pepper quiche and side salad of lettuce and lentils was very delish! The home-made baked goods were incredible looking, we took a lemon poppy muffin to go. Def recommend!

Stop by this little town on our roadtrip to try this local bakery recommended by our friends. I tried the Green Chili Stew for the first time and i love it. It’s hot and spicy!! This place is kids friendly. There is baking goods like muffins, pies, breakfast items, and coffee. Oh and I love their rhubarb raspberry pie too!

Wow. This place is amazing. We were heading back home from pagosa and stopped by for breakfast. We heard great things about it and decided to stop by! They have a wide verity of baked goods and they all looked so good. We got the Carrot Cake Muffin and it was AMAZING. One thing we learned is that it is better to stop by early in the morning bc they have much more stock early. Next time we are in town again will definitely be coming back.

Cutesy little cafe spot. The atmosphere is heart warming. Food came out relatively quickly and the staff was sweet. Quiche was the best thing. Didn’t have a heart attack of joy from the food, but if you are looking for a cafe to chill out at in Pagosa this is the place to do it. Yeehaw.

Such a cute place with nice people. One young lady got out an iPad to try to help me find any information on the pass opening after another diner told us it was closed because of an avalanche. Very clean with a surprising amount of seating but with the opportunity to get to know some folks at a community table or two. We had lattes, a breakfast sandwich and a quiche which were all delightful. The quiche was better than my grandma’s and that is the truest compliment, and the highest, I could ever give. The coffee was so good we went back again an hour later when we rolled back through town after finding out they were avalanche blasting and the pass might not open for 2 days! We decided to head down through NM, taking the one way out of Pagosa that did not have a pass that was shut, so we stopped back by to get a cup for the road and let them know to pass on to other travelers. We walked up steps and I did not notice ramps so I’m not sure if it’s accessible or not. Sorry, it was rain-snowing and blowing and we were rushing… If we are ever up that way again, we will definitely stop by again! Thank you all at the Pagosa Baking Co! Wonderful job!!

Nice store, mediocre pastries. We bought a cinnamon roll and two different muffins. They looked great but unfortunately did not taste very good. Neither of us ate them. Not sure what it was but they were really bland. Perhaps their coffee is better.

Visitor from Texas! We went in just to buy some bread, when we arrived we were so amazed, they had tamales, other desserts, coffees and hot breakfast! We had the breakfast burritos and they were SOO good and very big! So happy we were able to try them! P.S. The tamales were also very delicious!!

We had a couple croissants, breakfast burrito and the drip coffee…to say the food/coffee was incredible is an understatement. This was the perfect stop for our drive back home. Bring this to KC!
