Greetings to all Skiers and Fellow Travelers …. If you’re heading up to Wolf Creek for a few turns, this is THE PLACE to get your day started. The restaurant and bakery is a charming old house. The breakfast burrito may be the best in the entire Southwest. The staff is wonderful. I wish I lived next door!

This is my go to place weekly for the high quality baked goods, made from scratch soups and quiche and great coffee. The staff are wonderful, dedicated folks and the owner is often onsite. This is the quintessential small town bakery/cafe I value. Thank you for making our community a blessed place to live.

We’re visiting Pagosa Springs from Texas and noticed the bakery downtown and stopped in for cup of Green Chile with chicken. It was amazing (spicy) but delicious. We also picked up a couple cookies, chocolate pie and blueberry pie. They have soooooo many options.

Service:
Service was quick, friendly and helpful.

Dog Friendly:
We sat outside with our two fur babies and watched the construction traffic.

Parking:
Due to construction, you will need to park in the on side and no need to worry they have plenty of parking.

Great coffee, salads and egg salad sandwich. Also picked up ready to bake pot pies, cookie dough and sausages. Great little gem in our community.

I wanted a pastry so wr came here to PBC.

The staff was friendly and prompt. The vibe is very laid back coffee shop with merch and individual fridge items.

We got a raspberry heart cookie, a lemon bar, and the strawberry rhubarb pie.

The bar was sweet and very tart 10/10

Raspberry heart flaky and buttery 7/10

Pie crust was 10/10 filling 6/10 due to strawberry to rhubarb ratio. Execution 7/10 because it was sold cold.

Overall drinks were great and desserts were delicious.

great local bakery! We stopped for some
treats for the winter holiday. We got their take & bake cinnamon rolls which were delicious and a yule log & carrot cake muffin, which did not last long enough to take a picture of. yum!

Delicious! Many of ingredients are local. In my ~17 times here they have been SOLD OUT of the chocolate croissant. Which is superlative. I don’t understand that as a business. The burritos are generous portion. The quiche are amazing.

Great breakfast selection with many breads and pastries for treats later in the day. Our personal favorite is the green chile burrito (pictured). Spicy chai and lavender latte hit the spot as well. Nice little house with several rooms/tables to choose from for dining in options. And a perfect patio for better weather days. Breads and pies are available as whole and change daily!

Absolutely stellar selection of reasonably priced, top tier baked goods. Try the chicken pot pie or the local Gosar Sausage for a savory treat! The local loaf bread is also sublime.
