This place is DANGEROUS! Not even my first plate and I had the fish, I chew and then a painful sharp feeling on my tongue. I feel something in my tongue and once I get it out. It was a mini metal needle! You can debone fish but what is this?! Thankfully the metal piece wasnt fully in but it hurt every time I closed my mouth. I got it out. If you have kids, do not take them here! This food is choking hazard and had metal pieces if not cooked properly! Do better, I come back after two years just to find the SAME ISSUE, not only that to add, this time the fish was tasteless and most food was too! AND IT WASNT FRESH! Replace your meat at the hibachi place, I was gagging before finally choosing not to eat. Also WASH your dishes properly too! It was bearable until I got more further into eating. Fix the place and I’ll choose to eat here again. Not coming back after giving it chances!

Wow, just wow! (In a bad way) I can’t believe I had to pay to eat here.. 7pm, on a Friday night.. everything’s empty, food is cold, tasteless, and had me wondering for a secod if I had covid and lost my taste buds! I’m NEVER, NEVER going back!
I’m fact, I wish I could get my money back + some more for wasting my time going there!

I came here with my friend to try it out, and as seen on the picture i didn’t like any of the food it was soo bad, not seasoned, cold, dry… the grapes were not fresh they looked like they were soft, and as seen on the plate i didn’t finish my food, i asked the manager to give us a refund and he said he will give us 15% back and that is nothing. I left and never going back again, i don’t recommend at all.

I often come to and really like here. The food is fresh every time I go. There are all kinds of salads and sushi that I like. I also saw the customers who getting takeout. So I guess they like the food here as much as I do.

Excited to try this buffet out but to make a long story short. Several times the food was cold, not fully cooked. For the price of 18.50 a person ( egregious for the terrible quality) the food should’ve been WAY better. On top of that before I even finished my first plate I had the most horrendous liquid surprise. No good food should make me Hershey squirt in 10 minutes. I dont know what was wrong with the food here but it was not good. Also the guy at the counter was super weird and anxious looking. I do not recommend this place at all. Food quality was poor and made me and all 3 of my friends sick. Would avoid

Honestly if I had known that Pagoda is Teppanyaki with a new name, I would not have gone. But my co-worker wanted a buffet with seafood.
First the good points. The Senior price is reasonable at $12.50 ($1.99 for soda). The soda had the right amount of fizz. Atmosphere was bright and clean.
Now I don’t overload my plate at a buffet. What’s the point? You are just seconds away from more. Plus when you overload your plate, food is cold before you can finish.
That said I got two spring rolls, coconut shrimp, rice noodles, and a big breaded thing that had a shell sticking out of it.
The food was lukewarm at best…barely two minutes off the buffet. The coconut shrimp would have been 5⭐️ if it had been hot or nearly hot. Rice noodles were overcooked and tasteless. Spring Roll was just tasteless. Even soy sauce didn’t help. The thing with the shell was just weird and tasted fishy.
Onto dessert…the cake was typical buffet cake. The real disappointment was the green jello. Honestly I didn’t think it was possible to have bad jello, but I was wrong.
My co-worker ate maybe half of her food. She wasn’t impressed either.

This place is amazing. We eat here frequently and every time the food has been hot and ready and delicious. These guys are incredible. They serve a vast variety of food and it’s always fresh and tasty.

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. So me and my mother decided to eat here for thanksgiving. At the front counter, they explained there would be an up charge since it’s a holiday. I’m thinking that’s not really necessary but I agree to pay for it. When we start to eat over in our section, there is a roach on the floor! A dead roach which I will provide for the pictures. Not only that, but a dessert mousse that my mom got had a dead bug on it and I was seconds away from eating that said bug! I went to the front desk and asked for a discount.. I should’ve asked for a refund but then the owner gave me 20 bucks for the inconvenience of me telling him there was a dead roach on the floor in which he told me it was due to extermination. I paid 40 dollars to almost eat a bug and got 20 back? Yeah, I’m never coming back here again. Happy holidays.
