First time ever coming here, staff was very friendly and welcoming, tried the orange chicken bowl with white rice. Definitely recommend it to someone who hasn’t had it before. The GM was there and she was very nice, offered some free samples and even a free boba straw. I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Don’t listen to everything you read online, the food was great, and there was no issues at all when I visited.

I came to Pagoda over Black Friday. What a great organized team. The food was amazing. The staff was all very helpful. Didn’t wait long everything was explained. I was not sure of coming because about six months ago (May)had an awful time here . This time great !!! way to go new management and team . I wish I could pick one person for shout out but whole team was amazing!!!!!! Bring back fried rice and you need soup. I see bad reviews but that not what I saw . And I loved honey chicken

A mixed experience. The food was a great value: fresh veggies and generous portions of meat in decent sauces (avoid teriyaki but the Thai peanut and Chinese fire chicken were very tasty) not as hot (temperature) as I would have liked it.
The staff were kind and helpful and worked quickly.
The dining room was pretty dirty and napkins and ice were not stocked. Almost all the tables had wobbles and there was only one high chair. It didn’t feel like corporate was taking care of this location. All the dining room lights were flickering, which was aggravating.
I was expecting more of PF Changs signature items (dynamite shrimp, lettuce wraps) on the menu so don’t be confused by the PF changs label on the sign- there’s not much similarity to PF Changs.
Good value if you want to grab a quick decently nutritious meal and keep shopping.

What looking for the gluten-free food I can usually get at PF Chang’s. The guy behind the counter told me that everything was cross-contaminated and nothing was safe. I didn’t end up having any food here. He did tell me that it really wasn’t PF Changs but it was sort of an offshoot. He was nice I have no idea what the food was like.

To go into a store and ignored for the first 2 minutes. I should have known better. I went in yesterday and the food tasted like dog food. Everything should be fresh as they just opened. Just wasn’t the case. I ate half and threw it out. There is no way this place can be affiliated by pfchangs. This isn’t even mall quality food. Something needs to change before someone gets really sick.

Came for Brunch on a public holiday, lovely addition to our Commons! They have some yummy dishes and you can make a plate, bowl or lettuce wrap. We had the lo mein with Sesame chicken and extra gravy and it was very delicious. With fried rice we had grilled chicken; general tso and teryaki chicken. Plenty of indoor seating and brand new very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Daniel is an amazing server at McKinney Pagoda. I was able to place my order and even sample a couple of items I wasn’t sure about and get my plate within a couple of minutes. The value is great, prices for plates and bowls are similar to the competitors like Panda Express, but the food is so much better using P.F. Chang’s recipes. Pagoda is a sub-chain of P.F. Chang’s Asian cuisine, and although the menu is scaled down to cater to students and professional on the go or on a budget, the taste and flavors you come to love about P.F. Chang’s is all there, just in a faster paced restaurant and shorter menu. I will absolutely be back since the nearest P.F. Chang’s is in The Colony Greatscape, and my lunches are only about 30mins- 1hr. this is the perfect blend of quality food at affordable prices with quick service as a bonus.
