We’ve been ordering delivery from here for a few years and it’s consistently fresh and delicious. The price might seem a lot to some people, but it’s worth it to me because the portions are huge and we usually get several meals out of the order. The price is also consistent with other takeout restaurants in the area. We always get the dinner special which comes with soup, fried rice and an egg roll. I think that’s a good deal for $14 when I can get at least 3 meals out of all that delicious food. We enjoy supporting this friendly, local small business.

I’ve actually been eating here since I was a kid. This restaurant not only knows quality but also quantity! They actually cook their food with love and they treat their customers like family. This place is the heart and soul of Oakland Park in my opinion. I am greatful my own children can enjoy the same warm flavorful food they used to make for me!!! And for those that complain about the price, they give you what you pay for, I usually have food left over for 2-3 days! The people that own the restaurant are some of the nicest I’ve met in my life and I am a black woman. Give it a try, be kind, be patient, Pagoda will definitely come through!❤️

This is the second time this has happened to me at this place so shame on me. First time, ordered and the price was outrageously high. The explanation was, I didn’t specify a size, so without asking me a size, they just gave me the largest on the entire order. I left the restaurant questioning myself. That was months ago. Remembering my experience from last time, I specifically ask for the smaller sizes. When the food was delivered, again the price was outrageously high. I ask the delivery guy to go over the receipt with me. Again, largest size/highest price! I brought out the to go menu. He told me that it was an old menu from “10 years go”. It was a menu provided the first time we purchased from there 8 monthsago. This place is a SCAM!

I stopped in tonight the first time coming here. Husband and Wife Owners. Outstanding freshly cooked food none of that warmed up all day servings. This place is the best in Oakland Park or Ft. Lauderdale. The servings are plenty to get you full with leftovers for tomorrow. I got the Shimp Fried Rice and Sesame Chicken with . Man I drive from SC to Oakland Im a Trucker flatbed Owner Operator. I haven’t eaten in two days. This place is the best see my pictures posted. Im real this my Meal when I got back to my Truck. I am very particular in eating out. I was very impressed how clean the business and impeccable the kitchen was. I order special soup and honey chicken. Wow it was fresh and delicious. Then I week later I ask delivery special fried rice and wing AGAIN super delicious and fresh. So I called ask what’s the secret they use fresh oil for frying and everything that you order they do from scratch if I could would give them 10 stars.

When I started coming here 7yrs ago it was cheap and lot of food in one $9.00 dinner order. Now the amount of food is not much and the prices went up like crazy! Now it’s $15 per order. Every time the husband pick’s up the phone to take the order, he messes up my order!.. I now don’t buy here too much I just go to a Chinese buffet and pay $14 to enter and eat all I want to eat.

I looked up this place online and read the menu. Great food and reasonable prices until you get there. The menu price was not the same as what is posted on line or even on the physical menu once you get there. The jumbo ham fried rice on the menu was $15.20. Once I got there they charged me $19.00. They said that prices are subject to change without notice and it said that on the physical menu. If I drove there and only had cash I would be out of a dinner. There is no way to know of a price change before you get there. I asked about updating the menu online and they are not interested in doing that. I will not be coming here again. Which is a shame since it’s so close to my house.
