It was very busy on a Sat everywhere so we settled on this restaurant off the main street. Food was good and we were able to get a table next to the street with a view of passerbys. I enjoyed the seafood pasta and linguine with clams.

Really great food, the sauce was delicious. I loved how the presented my food to me. This restaurant is also on Seated app so you can get some money back after uploading your receipt!

The service was horrible. Our bread plates were taken away while we were still eating our bread and appetizer. For no reason, too, as our entrées were not soon to follow. Our server never came back to the table after that. Ever. Nobody talked to us after that. At one point, our food was tossed on the table. It was quite salty and oily. We had pasta, eggplant, and lasagna. None were outstanding by any stretch. The portion sizes were large. We waited for our check (after asking) for almost a half hour. We literally counted out an estimated amount of money to leave on the table, when they finally brought the check. We definitely would have left earlier if we didn’t have poorly mixed drinks to nurse. I would not recommend this restaurant. The staff wasn’t busy. They were standing around, ignoring the few patrons in the establishment.

Delicious food. We had the house salad, spaghetti carbonara, and chicken and eggplant parmigiana. Highly recommend!

First, luckily our party was seated in the basement portion of the restaurant, even though when we made the reservations we requested being up stairs. Second, I have never seen nor eaten red sauce with jalapeño peppers in it until today. Third, the portions are ridiculous compared to the price. We ordered the salami, prosciutto and cheese plate. We were given 2 razor thins pieces of prosciutto, 4 slices of salami and 3 cubes of cheese, and a pile of oily peppers. The final straw about never going here was the service, which if you read the reviews seems to be the biggest issue. We had 8:00 reservations, but not seated until 8:30. Waitress doesn’t take order until 8:45. Food comes staggering out to the party not together. Here comes the kicker: After a horrible service, lackluster food, and a very forgettable night, the waitress, who was short with our table and seemed to disappear at points, brings back our bill because we didn’t tip her 20% that she felt that she deserved. I couldn’t believe the nerve of the waitress. There are so many better places to go then here. Don’t waste your time and money. If it would be possible to get negative stars, this is the place that would deserve it.

When I arrived the waitress belted out at me to pick a table by the wall and took off. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for her to give us menus. It took another 15 minutes for her to take our order. She was rude and curt with us. I remained polite my whole experience even tho she didn’t.

We came here about 5 yrs ago and absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. We went back 7/2/23 it was not busy at all. Atmosphere was the same as last time. Calamari and zucchini flowers were delicious. My wife and I each ordered the lasagna. We waited at least 45 mins to be served the lasagna which came in a pan and looked the least bit appetizing. The appearance was terrible and there were burnt pieces throughout the lasagna. My wife being Italian was so disappointed in everything about it she sent hers back. I only ate mine because I was so hungry from waiting so long. No matter where we have eaten in the past the lasagna comes layered, rectangle and neat. The lasagna here looks like a sloppy mess and the noodles were overcooked! Needless to say, we won’t be returning and will try a different Italian restaurant the next time we travel to Boston!

Cute little place! Family friendly, relaxed atmosphere with flavorful food. They have the lobster ravioli here. It’s bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend

Food was very good, being a very picky Italian. I had the octopus salad which was tender and tasty, even my wife liked it and she usually doesn’t eat octopus. I also had linguine with clams which was served in a pan, flavorful and abundant pasta but left wanting for more than the four clams offered. We were lucky enough to have a table by the window which offered excellent atmosphere and people watching opportunities as they walked the busy street.. overall great experience…

Started badly when they told us there was “no point to wait” for our reservation as they had overbooked and had no idea when our table would be ready… Even though we had called two times before to make sure it was set. Pastas were ok but tomato sauce barely tasted anything. We stayed courteous throughout but i cannot say the same for them; we were handed out our bills without even being shown the dessert menu. Avoid; not worth the hype!
