Restaurant is simple inside. A little dated but its sort of charming. Everything is clean and well kept. Staff is always friendly, and the food is usually simple but good. My only real complaint is sometimes the potatoes are a little oily and can taste like oil. Otherwise, I have never had bad food here. And never bad service. Would 100% recommend.

We tried this place on Sunday for breakfast and it was terrific! We always like to try a local small business and found this place to be among the best breakfast in Shelton. Everything is made to order. Hot and fresh. I ordered the cheese omelet. It came with homefries and toast. I like to try this first because I find it a good judge of how greasy the other dishes would be. It was great! Not greasy. The home fries were like my grandmother made them. Hot and not over powered by onion. Much better than you would get at say Duchess. My fiancee got the meat lovers omelet. It was delicious. Had all the breakfast meats in it. We took home 2 orders of french toast with bacon. Sweet and well cooked. Much better than most. Not burnt or soggy. This place is a small gem in Huntington. Please do not overlook. You can also call in an order and it is ready when you arrive to pick it up. We will be back to try lunch! Friendly and fresh!

My family hit this spot after a stay at the Hampton Inn. This is what we were looking for, good old, throwback style, diner. Staff and owners looked like they really cared about their customers. The food is simple but well-made, similar to what you’d find at fancier diners, just at more reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly, and it’s a classic, family-run neighborhood spot. The coffee could be a bit stronger, though. There’s plenty of safe and convenient parking right in front.

My wife and 3 year old son ate at Pagliaro’s recently and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating to our little boy. They even made him a huge Mickey Mouse pancake, which he LOVED! All of our food was delicious. One of the best breakfast’s we have ever had. We will surely be back!
