Excellent salad bar, with so-so pizza. Our server was excellent and we did enjoy our meal. The pizza on the buffet was a little too bacon-forward for my taste and did not offer a lot of variety. I would still go back again because the salad bar was so fresh and maybe they will offer more variety on a different day.

This used to be the best pizza place in town. It has new ownership and they changed the recipes and it doesn’t have the same quality. The last couple times I purchased pizza it was burnt. Today mom wanted to try again and the pizza tasted like someone unscrewed the salt shaker and dumped salt on the pizza (meat lovers). The service is lack luster but that may just be the new generation of workers. It saddens me to give this review. We have eaten here for well over three decades. I’ve been a fan of Pagliai’s for a while, thoroughly enjoying their food. Their hours are rather unusual though, making it tricky for me to find time to come in and eat. My family and I managed to get in on the buffet on a moderately busy day.

Their salad bar is the freshest in town! Service was fast and friendly, pizza and spaghetti was hot and tasty. Will definitely eat here again!

Terrible food, terrible service. I am not sure why everyone said this place was so amazing. Myself, my wife and my 2 children tried pretty much everything and didn’t like any of it at all. I almost cried at the price because we literally didn’t eat. I am currently on the way home to turn around and cook for us.

LOVE Pagliai’s, have been enjoying this pizza place since my days at Northwest Mo State. Had the opportunity to eat lunch there today with my wife! Had everything on the buffet I remembered with a few new add-ons! Salad bar seemed a bit expanded! Grear dessert pizza, cookies, waffle fries, cheddar bites!! Love the Choclate goo! Good service and buffet was reloaded quickly and kept nice, clean, and organized.

Recent changes to long time recipes. Service is not the best, there were 8 staff members I counted at my last visit in addition to the owner. Service was still slow as everyone was focused on delivery orders and not the 7 families dining in. The owner was not friendly and infact ignored customers. Thete was absolutely NO teamwork. A huge disappointment. Maybe take out is better.
