The Miller Street location opened on December 11, 1992. The space seemed so big that the front was rented to a former employee who wanted to open a cafe. They got cold feet and over time, we found we definitely needed the space to meet the high volume of orders in Capitol Hill. The crew at Miller handled the beta testing of Luigi, our POS system. During this time, Miller was also home to our Phone Center (where we take all of your pizza orders). The Phone Center outgrew their space at Miller Street and, in 1998, joined the office staff at the Pagliacci Support Central. Miller gladly took over the additional space and continues to be one of our busiest locations. The store also sells beer and wine, in-store and for take-out or delivery.

They’ve been making pizza longer than I’ve been alive and they’re probably going to be making pizza longer than I’ll ever live. With the way this pizza tastes, it’s not going out of business anytime soon. A pandemic’s got nothing on this place. They’ve been making pizza for 40 years and I hope they keep making pizza for another 40. They gotta be doing something right if they have lasted 40 years. They obviously have amazing pizza, but sometimes just pizza isn’t enough for a pizza place to last. Like I’m assuming majority of people that get married are in love. I mean, that would be the main reason to get married, but just because two people are in love, it doesn’t guarantee that the marriage will last. I thought only the location near me was horrible and over priced. The staff was rude, it was like I was a bother to them. Again nothing during the lunch rush with almost no one in the restaurant. I was told for a slice it would be 15 minutes and they would not tell me what was coming up and when. They just do not care. Conclusion. Worst pizza in Seattle, Worst customer service and way over priced for good pizza service much less the horrible product they sell. I have contacted customer service and they are worse than the restaurant staff. Condescending, sarcastic apology.. it was horrible. I now know they will make some excuse to this post. I can tell you with 100% confidence it is a lie and they are not sorry. Yet they are taking our money and offering bad, bad bad service. Buyer be ware
