They had a buy one get one deal sowe decided to try this location. Everything is super overpriced even with the deal. Food isn’t anything special, especially for being double the cost of other pizza places around. Do not recommend.

This new Pagliacci location seems solid. The place is clean, staff are really friendly, and the atmosphere is what youd expect from a by the slice pizza joint.
My problem(and this is will every single Pagliacci location not just this one), and maybe as a New Yorker im a bit bias, is the value proposition.
Plain cheese slice is $4.25 before tax. Pepperoni slice is over $5 after tax.
How? Is not like these slices are made with liquid gold. In fact, they are sub par at worst, and average at best. A pie here is essentially the same cost as the nearby Spark. Difference being, Spark is a sit down restaurant and has numerous awards for their pizza.
And the worse part. $5 dollars gets you a baby slice(i added a few photos for reference). 5 dollars for one regular sized slice is already a travesty, but for the size Pagliacci is serving, it feels like a crime.
This is pretty standard across all Pagliaccis and normally id just suck it up, but after spending $5 dollars for bread and cheese, then getting essentially a half slice, I had to leave this review.
Solid location. Average pizza. Gourmet pricing.
This will likely be my last visit, unless im drunk and not thinking clearly.

Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and service is fast. The space is clean and comfortable.

Best location in the Seattle area, and it’s not even close. I work at the dispensary on the corner close by, so always coming here for lunch. Super quick ticket times, pies and slices are always cooked perfectly, and the staff is incredible. Big thank you to the folks behind the counter for never failing to make my day!

Absolutely the best Pizza I have had since moving to Washington. The staff in Redmond are friendly . And the vibe is amazing. Come watch them toss the dough. Met the owner and was super friendly! Staff at the checkout were fantastic. Vegatables were fresh as well!

The price Is far too high for the amount and quality of the food. This is the primary driver for the low review.I have no intention of returning here because I can get more food that provides similar satisfaction for less money at plenty of other places. It doesn’t help that the dining area is poorly designed and uncomfortable to be in.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. They forgot the toppings for my pasta I paid for. Food is delicious but I’m sure it would have been much better had I got everything I paid for. Most likely due to new employees at a new location. I’ll maybe try again in a few months once they have everything ironed out.
