Our Mercer Island store is a homecoming of sorts for co-owners and native Mercer Islanders Matt Galvin and Pat McDonald. Pagliacci opened in Mercer Island on September 27th, 2016, and delivers to the whole island. Located in the town center, the mid-century modern dining room has lots of glass and brick accent walls and a patio with a fireplace provides comfortable outdoor seating. The store also sells beer and wine, both in-store and for take-out or delivery!

I generally love Pagliacci, but the food at this location is consistently subpar. Somehow the crust is either soggy and limp, or burnt to a crisp if you ask for “well done”.
The Verde Primo we got here is so different from other Pagliaccis, or even what’s shown on the menu. It was a giant mess of toppings sitting in a small puddle. There’s so little roasted garlic (if any?) and the cheese are concentrated in a few giant blobs. To be fair, I did add tomato topping which is not in the menu. But I’ve ordered the exact same thing at other locations that turned out great.

When my friend and I wanted to meet up in Mercer Island, I checked if there were any late-night dinner options, and perfect, Pagliacci was open!
We tried Michelle’s Pie (pizza) and Nonna’s Pasta, and both were absolutely delicious. The restaurant had a cozy and spacious atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to eat. We were so happy to find good food late at night, and the staff were really nice too!

Great location with plenty of parking. Plenty of tables to sit and a dedicated area to pick up pizza to-go. I love their winter BOGO special on 11” pizzas. Dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow!! The food is always fresh and well prepared. This location has a tendency to be on-time when pizza is ready, and sometimes early even when they are busy!

Delicious pizza and a great atmosphere! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors were spot on. The space was clean and cozy — a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Definitely coming back!

Came here to get a bite to eat because I had heard about it. I got 3 slices of TriColore on Wednesday. It’s good pizza, a little pricey, but it’s Mercer Island. So that’s normal. Wasn’t crowded when I went in. I got my pizza and sat outside on the patio and enjoyed being outside.

It’s fantastic pizza! The service is great- especially because they are busy. Their quality doesn’t suffer when they’re busy. Also we have a family member that needs gluten free. Their gluten free crust is just as tasty as the traditional crust. The dining area is a fast- food type area… still nice for a casual bite to eat.

Good pizza, good service, good price – we went on a Friday; which of course was the busiest night. The staff was able to help walk us through the menu and how to order even though their place was at brink of capacity. We enjoyed a beer, salad, and a slice (which was fresh) while we waited for our hawaiian pizza to be ready.
The staff was awesome too, the owner/manager made sure everyone was happy by asking how things are going at registrar and tables. Also the young adults in the back are hard workers; which you can watch them tossing the pies and making your .
If you haven’t tried this place, i highly recommend it. Now back to eating my left overs from last night.
