We eat out often in town and Paganini’s is on our rotation. I especially like eating here in the warmer weather when you can sit outside and people watch. They have daily pasta specials which I typically get, it is so fresh and good! I’ve had most of the items on their menu and have yet to have a bad meal. The price for the food is commensurate with the quality. The one negative I would say and this is more of personal preference, is the pace of service. For me it’s just a touch slower than I would prefer but this is a me thing, other people may prefer a slower pace. The staff are friendly, the interior is cool, good place to eat a quality meal.

The food is great, no doubt about it. However, waiting over an hour for your food is not great, especially when the waitstaff does not come to check on you for that hour. The guy who took our order did say that it would take a little while, which we were fine with, but we also would have preferred to not have to sit for an hour and not be able to order more drinks because no one came to check on us.

The food was absolutely delicious, I love it and I will definitely get back here just because of the food. But my cosmopolitan cocktail was a nightmare, like a pure vodka, I did just a single sip and couldn’t drink it more. It was also super overpriced, it cost 15 dollars.

Was not impressed at all. Food was okay. I had the spaghetti carbonara and it was tasteless. We ordered the cheese tray for an appetizer and thought they were kidding when they served it. Very little cheese and some shredded carrot thing for $11.95. Drinks expensive. Will not be going back.

Overall bad experience here, and the worst part is that everyone we interacted with seemed totally apathetic about the fact that we were obviously given horrible service. Went on a Friday night around 7:30 and were told that it was an hour wait to sit outside but we could sit inside right away. That was fine so we sat down, and we were served drinks right away. So far, so good. Even our appetizer came out in a reasonable time and was fine. The problem started with our entrees.

By far the worst Italian food I have ever had! One of our group took a bite of her pasta and sent it back (they did not ask why nor did they offer anything else). My bolognese was as close to meatless as you can get. Bolognese sauce that is nearly meatless!!!!

First time at this restaurant and I will not be back. Poor service, food is over priced and mediocre at best; unappetizing at worst. ”Crostini” from the appetizer menu appeared to be a slice of pizza served with a side of arugula. I’ve eaten crostini in a lot of Italian restaurants and never seen it like this. Obviously a very cheap plate to produce and pass off at a high price. —in fact every dish seemed to be prepared on the cheap: the Bolognese sauce is “puréed” so impossible to detect any actual meat in it and is such an odd orange color I suspect it’s merely a red sauce blended with oil into a sort of dressing. The Gorgonzola cheese plate was truly bizarre: a slice of cheese served with two pieces of butter and a carrot “salad” (shredded carrots served on a lettuce leaf). I’m still not sure what I was supposed to do with that butter! The lasagna bolognese was a small portion served in a sauce that resembled the color of vomit ( the “puréed” bolognese previously mentioned). The spaghetti bolognese gave off a distinct unpleasant odor that reminded me of canned Spaghetti-os from my childhood.
