Booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day around a month in advance. When I booked I was asked if I wanted a low top table or high top table and I told them low top. There was no other information given to me over the phone at this time. We arrive on time for our dinner on Valentine’s Day and we see them look confused like they weren’t expecting us. Then my girlfriend sees them make someone move from the table they’re at so we wait for them to clean the table and seat us. They seat us at a high top table, outside in a tent, in the corner where there was water dripping down the wall next to us and the plastic high top table they had sat us at will not stop wobbling with any movement. The tent was also freezing as we were outside with just a thin tent wall between us and the outside. We then look at the menu and realize it is a limited menu, which was not told during the call when I booked my reservation. When our server, Karen, came over I asked if that was the full menu and she responded very rudely, basically telling me that anywhere I’d go would have a limited menu because “most restaurants will have a limited menu to make it easy on the kitchen”. We then decide to order just drinks and appetizers and then look for a different place to go as we were very disappointed, and were not aware of the limited menu. When our appetizer arrives we are not given little plates, napkins, utensils or anything else you might need to eat an appetizer that is to be shared. Along with that I finish my drink and find that the bottom inch or two is just frozen ice to the bottom of the glass, not an ice cube but just a frozen layer on the bottom. We had also told our server we were just going to do drinks and appetizers, and it took me leaving my card on the table waiting for her to take it to get the check. We ended up finding a second place, without a limited menu, and with a much much better atmosphere. I was very disappointed in my visit to Pafumi’s, both me and my partner had been very excited and ended up very disappointed.

Went for the first time tonight to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Everything was amazing. We walked in and there was live music which was great. The server was outstanding, the food was amazing, and overall, I was very impressed with everything and if I could give a 20 star review I would. I love supporting family businesses in the community and if you haven’t been here yet, I HIGHLY recommend it! Thank you to everyone for the best experience and a special thank you to Mark Pafumi for taking the time to stop by our table to say hi. I really appreciate it 🙂 I will be suggesting Pafumi’s to all of my friends.

First time visiting. Love the atmosphere & decor. We were seated right away for a Friday night dinner with no reservation. Service was great. Meals were fantastic, they all sounded great! We had Chicken Parmesan and Gorganzola on Main. The portions were so large that I had two more meals of the chicken gorganzola to bring home (not a complaint). Definitely worth it! My only negative comment is that there was supposed to be spinach in that dish and if it was there, it was cut too small to find. We will go back!

I have gone to Pafumi’s a few times. The food is always good. Last night we had a great server, Riley. She was exceptional. Explained in detail all the specials. Didn’t rush us and was very engaging. Riley made the difference from our other times dining at Pafumi’s. And the food we delicious as always.

The restaurant looks fantastic! We enjoyed the pizza, but the fried mozzarella was a disappointment—overcooked at first and still not great the second time. The Caesar salad was tasty but lacked croutons. The service was a bit slow.

I got the Mya’s girl and my prosciutto was way too thick. It was as thick as ham. My sandwich was also a little cold. Everyone else at my table had really good food though. The chips and sauce were great, and I really recommend the Teriyaki Alfredo!!

Visited during Pafumi’s opening weekend, even with the limited menu that day – the food was delicious. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, salad, and these special appetizer tots. Service was friendly – and knowing it’s first weekend we were totally understanding of lags in attention. All sure to be fixed by now. Cocktails were ok, but the beer list is good one. The biggest surprise is how gorgeous the space is. Love the deep green garden room feel. The bathroom wallpaper alone is a stunner. Only misfire is the weird microfiber feel of the cloth napkins. Otherwise will definitely come back.

I’m absolutely delighted to have a restaurant like this in Wilbraham The ambiance and food instantly transport me back to my wonderful trip to Italy, making my experience truly memorable ❤️We tasted the delicious Blanco Pie and Gram’s Lemon Chicken, which were both excellent.
However, I have a suggestion to make: while I adore garlic, and I know it’s an essential ingredient in Italian cuisine, the amount used in these dishes was a bit too much for my taste. My fridge was filled with the garlic scent even after taking home the leftovers! Perhaps you could consider using a little less garlic in the dishes and offer garlic oil as a side, just like the other sauces. That way, customers can add more if they prefer.
Thank you so much for your amazing service and attention to detail!

Wanted to say first off that the service itself was great and most of the food was good. My issue was one of the specials. They were onion rings with some special sauce that my wife wanted. Onion rings came on a large plate with garnish and a small bowl with sauce. Not really a large portion, and the onion rings themselves were greasy. Got the bill. *****16 dollars****. I don’t think anyone can justify that price. One of the best onions rings in the country clocks in at 18 dollars for a much larger portion at cape cod. At that price it feels like your intentionally squeezing your customer.

What an absolutely beautiful restaurant and bar. The autumn decor is gorgeous. I have had your Eggplant Parmesan and let me tell you that has to be one of the best eggplant parms I have ever had. The eggplant was on point and the sauce with the pasta was perfect. I have also had your stuffed mushrooms. Oh my goodness! Couldn’t have asked for a better crab stuffed mushroom! Pizza is great!!! The Eggplant Tower is just as perfect as your Parmesan. Thank you for what you do. It’s nice to have a good Italian option near by . Highly recommended and decently priced. 🙂
