We ordered a 12 in pizza a sub 2 salad and a side salad ! 1. Took way over a hour to get . Which that could be understandable!!
2. Sub and pizza was cold !! Had to put back in stove to even heat them up !! Hardly any pepp or ham or bacon or cheese sausage was all piled in middle !! And salads were size of a side salad with 1 little cup of dressing !! No tom no egg no croutons!!!! Like menu says !!!
When called back they was really rude and could have cared less about it !! Mind you they open at 4 I called at 4:15 so they excuses they were really busy is not a fly situation!! We’ll never order there again !

Stuffed breadsticks were rock hard on outside and cheese was cold and uncooked on inside (not sure how that happens) Had to microwave them to melt the cheese. The salad was ok.. vegtables seemed to be fresh. The pizza was mediocre.. ordered an extra pepperoni pizza and as you can see it barely has a single order of pepperoni.

First I would like to apologize for coming across rude on the phone. Wasn’t my intent at all. Ordered 2 18 inch pizzas and I have to say they were both great tasting pizzas. Probably the best we’ve had out of this area in a long time.. Although, smooshed to one side, they still went down the same…. Again, I apologize.

Supposed to be a specialty pizza…triple pep and extra cheese….not! Plus it was so greasy the box was wet,worse pizza I’ve ever had.Also got garlic Parm knots that were mostly burnt on outside and raw on inside… basically 40$ waisted…threw bread to geese and pizza away as we were heading back to Columbus…wouldn’t recommend this place!!!

I struggled holding off to write this review until after I received my order. So, here are my honest thoughts and review of Padrones:
1 – I tried calling for around 10-15min to place an order. Phone was consistently busy.
2- I drive to the place of business to place an order in person. Only to find a chaotic scene, waited a few minutes there and finally get someone to come to counter so I can order.
3 – as I started to place my order, I noticed the woman hitting the disconnect button on the business phone that was off hook sitting on the counter. It was off hook so long it actually started beeping very loud. So she just re-hit the hang up button again.
4 – I placed my order, was told it would be 20-30 min. I decided to drive around and stop at another local store to pick some things up.
5 – came back 25min later, and had to wait 5min for ANY employee to acknowledge I was standing in front of the register. When she did, i was told it would be another 10min for my order. (12″ pizza and half pound chicken chunks)
6 – so, i decide to just sit outside and wait on their bench. Only to see at least 4 more people come to the door. I simply asked if they tried to order via the phone. All of them said yes, but it was busy. One was so tired of waiting to order, he just left.
7 – so, i finally get my food (40min from order time) and I drive back to my place to eat. The chicken chunks are almost worse than a McDonald’s chicken nuggets with bland hot sauce. The chicken is minimal, and mostly breading. The pizza isnt horrible, but honestly, the crust was the best part since its hand made fresh.
All in all, I would love to have a serious discussion with the owner of this establishment. Probably the worst service and organization I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. I tried it, it was edible, but I honestly would NOT recommend this pizza place to anyone! Oh, and feel free to zoom in on the picture. BOTH phones off hook, for the entire wait on my order.

Honestly the place is so small you wonder if they are sweating in your food. They won’t pick up the phone most of the time either. Very questionable place to eat.

We ordered pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. This time our breadsticks were raw in the middle! Contacted them and nothing. By far the worst customer service. Stuff is always wrong or missing!
