First timers here. If youve never been here before, theres some things you should know, we figured it out on our own. You order your food as soon as you walk in. The menu is above the counter, lots of mouth watering dishes to choose from! Pay for your goods, it’ll ask if you want to leave a tip. Im still not sure why I did, other than good measure. Noone serves you.. The lady gives you your drink cups, if youre getting from the fountain, then hands you a pager. Theres a station to your right to get your drinks. Make sure you grab any utensils you may need, napkins, ketchup, mustard, or mayo, and straws. Then you take a seat wherever you want. When your pager goes off, take it back to the lady who will also have your food handy. I ordered the lulu..unbelievably delicious!! Don’t be afraid of the jalapeños, it’s not hot..imo. the buns are great! They’re big, but not dry. My husband got the blue boy, which he claimed was alright. The fries are great and I swear the mozzarella sticks have some kind of special cheese. They were fantastically creamy. Everything was good and great portions. My meal was about $18 his was about $16, and $10 for the sticks. $53 total with drinks

Best burger restaurant in all of corpus. The enchilada burger is unbelievable! Staff were excellent. Restaurant was clean and had music/tv going but they were not so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. I literally only have one suggestion: when ppl enter they should be greeted with something like “welcome in, have you been here before” if yes “awesome, welcome back. Let me know if you have any questions or are ready to order” if no “ok, so you can grab some menus and have a seat to look over them and when your ready come back up and order or you more than welcome to read the menu and order before having a seat, which ever way makes you most comfortable”.
Obviously you could tailor that to what makes the most sense for the business but it is slightly uneasy walking in and bring right at the ordering area with some just looking at you and saying nothing. I actually thought the lady was rude for saying nothing but once I asked a question I found here quite pleasant.

The ordering was smooth and the person up front was very kind. The food came out in roughly 10-15 minutes. When getting pur food they almost didnt give us part of our order and the 2nd part was right in the window. The employee asled the cook about the food about sending back the fried pickles but the cook shrugged and said give it to them. So that was a bummer of burnt fried pickles. Did not think that was possible. The burger was decent and fries were good. Just unprofessional about not fixing their mistake when it was pointed out.

I’ve been here twice, once last year (Jan 2025) and again today, and while I’ve enjoyed the burgers it took 45 minutes to get our order today (two burgers and a kids meal)
The hostess was very apologetic for the wait but my burger ended up being so insanely salty that it was inedible and I had to send it back – by the time they redid it we had to pack it up and leave to get home for my kids bedtime, an hour after arriving. The service was great and hostess incredibly kind but just not the experience I want when I dine out, especially for a casual counter service place. I’m a chef so I don’t dine out often and I don’t think I will return here after today’s experience but I hope they can fix their inconsistencies.

A must stop when you are headed to Corpus or Port A. Everything on the menu is good, fresh, and filling. The burgers are the top of the line and you can make a custom burger with so many toppings.

This place definitely earns its title of “Best Burger in Corpus Christi.” The meat was super juicy and flavorful and the toppings were good quality. The fried pickles had a nice breading and crunch to them! Everything was a bit pricier than we were expecting but the food quality was great.

Pretty solid burger with a good flavored patty. Only complaint is the that the bun is so thick. Not what I prefer in the bun to meat ratio. I would probably try a different bun next time. Onion rings were tasty. Good service and friendly staff.

We decided to give this another try. The first thing u will notice is the confusion surrounding where to enter and where/how to order. If u enter the right door, u will notice the GIANT digital menu boards. They r HUGE with only a few feet between ordering and the door. Weird. U can move to the bar and order there, but u wldnt know that unless someone tells u. We went to the bar so we cld look at the menu u without the pressure of holding up people behind us. We started with a Cpl drafts and an App Onion Ring Basket. So the onion rings are terrible! They taste exactly like the onion rings at Burger King. They were very overcooked and come w a Fast Food ranch dressing cup w the foil on top. Maybe we actually walked into Burger King. I wanted a standard Bacon Cheeseburger. Well, to get that, u have to build your own. So a burger w cheese, bacon and fries = $19.95! Uhh nope! See pic of terrible onion ring. Hardknocks, Brewster Street & Whataburger crushes this place.

We had a fun time at this establishment. We sat outside on the deck for dinner while the kids played the Jenga next to us. They had a great time with it. The food was good. They had many options to choose from, but it is an order at the bar and pick up your food when its ready. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Outside seating just was a little dirty due to the age of the seating possibility.
