I’m giving 5 stars for its pizza. Padaria Brazil has the best one in Framingham -maybe in the whole metrowest region. The coxinha de galinha is also excellent. It’s great to know that everytime I order the quality will be the same and I will not be desapointed

I ordered a pizza at 8:40pm, at 9:24pm I got a message saying that it was out for delivery. 40 min passed and the pizza wasn’t here, so I called and they said it was just leaving for delivery, and it should get here in 10 min. After almost an hour, and still no food, I called again, and they said the pizza should take 10 more minutes to get here, no excuses, no apologies, nothing, just a bunch of lies and rude behavior. I tried to cancel, because the customer service was awful, but they didn’t let me, said I should cancel through the website, but that’s not possible. I had to call another time to ask about the pizza and again, no apologies, no possibility of cancellation, nothing. Worst place ever. The attendants didn’t even try to help, they just said they didn’t have a supervisor at the moment so they couldn’t do anything. Never ordering there again.

Guys, never come to this place ever!!!!! Worse food, worse customer survive! I saw with my own eyes how their stuff were putting finger into their nose and they working with food! Most horrible place I even seen! If you need to damage your health, go ahead!

Very disappointing experience here! My husband ordered two pizzas after we read all the positive reviews. Unfortunately both pizzas were so bad that we just did not finish eating them! The crust was wet and soggy underneath and the pizzas were very salty and did not have pizza sauce at all. We were very excited to try them but we definitely were looking for something different.

I can’t say anything about the quality of the pizza but the service is terrible I went there for the first time with my family and I don’t live in Framingham so we went there to eat, and they even have tables and chairs so it’s the perfect place to eat. But sadly, we were embarrassed by the way they treated us, as if we felt like we were bothering them by eating there. That was the first time we went home with the tips. unfortunate

Clean and comfy. This is a nice Brazilian bakery in downtown Framingham, don’t worry they speak English and Portuguese. They have nice pastry and bread. They also have made to order cakes. Toy cab have coffee sand pastry, or a whole meal with fresh passion fruit juice. If your went a quick bite give it a try. FYI, free street parking.

The passion fruit mousse was pretty good but there are way better coffee options in the area at other Brazilian bakeries.
