Pad Thai King absolutely delivers! The portion sizes are generous and leave you more than satisfied. I’m usually a level 3 spicy, but here I could easily step up to a level 4—the heat is well-balanced and flavorful, not overpowering.
The only small critique I have is that the sweet onion adds a bit too much sweetness for my taste. Next time I’d ask for half or none at all. That said, it’s a minor preference and doesn’t take away from the overall experience.
All in all, this is a great little food truck with fantastic Thai food, and it’s officially become my second favorite Thai spot. Highly recommend! ️

Today I tried the Thai Veggie Stir Fry and Thai Iced Tea from Pad Thai King — absolutely delicious!
The stir fry was full of flavor with fresh, crisp vegetables and tender chicken, perfectly paired with steamed rice.
The Thai iced tea was rich, creamy, and super refreshing.
Service was excellent too — friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!

The stir-fried glass noodles at this place are absolutely delicious! Full of flavor, fresh veggies, and perfectly cooked chicken. Plus, the staff are super friendly, always smiling, and so sweet! Highly recommended!

We were thoroughly impressed with the Pad Thai with chicken. Honestly, I’m not sure how they could make it any better. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the flavor had just the right balance of sweetness and nuttiness. We’ve also tried the Massaman Curry and I was in love! It’s so exciting to have such a great option nearby!

We had the peanut chicken and chicken pad thai. The flavor was on point and you definitely get the spice level you ask for. They even gave us complimentary Thai iced tea which I highly recommend you don’t turn down, it is delicious! The portions were big and the price was very affordable. We will definitely be back.
