I stopped by this little Mexican restaurant connected to the Chevron, and WOW… I ordered the Utah Burrito and it was so insanely good I almost shed a tear in the parking lot. the whole thing tasted like someone’s abuela put her whole heart and soul into it. Authentic, flavorful, and DELICIOUS. This place is a total gem!

If heaven has a drive-thru, Paco’s Tacos is running the window. I grabbed their Monday carne asada taco special and instantly understood the meaning of life. These tacos are juicy, flavorful, and honestly deserve their own holiday.
The rice? Perfect. The refried beans? Definitely handcrafted by angels on break.
Oh did I mention guacamole was included non of that add on crap other places do!

The mini carnitas tacos were so flavorful and loaded with fixings, we loved them! We also tried the rolled tacos and those were awesome. We are so happy to have this taco spot in our community!

We ordered steak and chicken tacos around 6:50 pm. Both meats were old and very chewy. The tortillas were dried out and crumbled apart when picked up. We were very disappointed by the tacos. They were thrown in the garbage. I would rate them a 1/5.
