This genuinely may be the best taco I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!). I can’t recommend the navajo taco enough, especially with the green salsa, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Service was just as amazing: super fast, super friendly, and more than gracious. They don’t skimp out on the portions and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to just drive past ever again!

Had the shredded beef burrito, smothered in green chili and it was amazing. Best I’ve had in the valley and I’ve had about all of them. Service was great and friendly. Very reasonably priced compared to other places. Will definitely be back.

If you’re craving something unique in Grand Junction, CO to eat I would highly recommend Pacos Taco’s food truck it’s the best Navajo tacos I’ve ever had. They are located in different locations through out the week and you can find them at local events.
Whether it’s first-timers or regulars, the line moves fast and everyone’s treated with warmth and courtesy. The staff takes pride in each plate they hand over, which makes grabbing tacos feel like being welcomed to a family feast.
