This was my first time going to get coffee from here. The menu is hard to see because my vision is bad. I looked up the menu online and ended up getting the s’more’s latte since I saw the sign in the drive through. The girl who took my order was very nice to me, and my drink was absolutely perfect! I was able to drink it right away ❤️ I will be back more often!

Very happy with the good service and quality of the product. The only thing that i had a huge problem with was where the menu was place/posted. With today being my first time try Packhouse i entered the drive thru and i was behind the vehicle at the ordering window. From my vehicle i could not see the menu clear at all what so ever. It was my turn to move up to order window and once i got asked for my order and i went to look at the menu it’s completely far away from the window. With that being said i had to ask the barista if the had this or that due to not being able to see the menu! Please Mrs. Karen by any chance would there be a way you can have another menu on the right side of the ordering window so we can see all your wonderful products. Thank you!

Packhouse Coffee Company is one of those places you end up coming back to without even thinking about it. The coffee is consistently excellent — smooth, strong, and clearly made by people who care about what they’re serving. You can taste the quality.
The spinach and feta cheese croissant alone is worth the stop. Fresh, flaky, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best pastries around. Everything I’ve tried here has been solid, from drinks to baked goods, and nothing ever feels rushed or thrown together.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a bit. It feels like a true local spot — not trying too hard, just doing things right.
If you’re anywhere near Louisburg, this place is a must. Great coffee, great food, and a place you actually look forward to returning to.

Its a strip mall coffe shop, but the weirdest thing is there is no going inside. Its drive thru only! The coffee was very good, but the pastry was store bought (or maybe they are convenience store items.) They asked if I wanted my pastry heated so he nuked it beyond warm. I was trying to avoid the chain shops, but Caribou may have been a better option in this town if you want to sit and have a nice pastry with your coffee. In a rush, this place works for coffee.

Today was my first experience at Packhouse and when I say even from the drive-thru it was wonderful, it truly was. It was a fairly quick and simple process. From the sweet woman who took our order and was so sweet to my rottweiler in the backseat to getting to the window and having a good laugh so early in the morning. They gave my sweet boy a pupcup because he was being so sweet. It was my first visit but it will definitely not be my last. I hope you ladies enjoy your day. And thank you for being so wonderful while I clearly was not fully awake yet. I ordered the caramel Frappuccino and it was absolutely amazing!
