We enjoyed a wonderful meal on a beautiful day in their patio and recommend coming here too! It’s dog friendly, they have water bowls for the dogs too. The wait for a table wasn’t long at all and the food came out quickly.
We ordered the blue margarita and it was delicious! Very strong too, we walked it off after. I ordered the briskest Mac n cheese and it was prefect! Creamy and the meat was tender. Just packed with flavor! We also got the San Juan wings and they good too! Cooked perfectly and they were big wings! The food was amazing and so many options to choose from.
We really loved the vibe of the place, chill and peaceful. Also the “outhouse” style bathrooms were so clean and plenty so you don’t wait too long. We recommend this place and would come back the next time we visit!

We try to come to Lake City each summer if at all possible. No visit is complete without a meal (or many) at Packers. We enjoy the live music on Monday nights along with most of the people staying in our RV park, which is a lot of people. The staff never seems phased by the extra long table of 50+ people coming in for food, drinks, and the amazing atmosphere each week. And that doesn’t include all of the other people coming in with smaller groups or families. This place is lively, dog-friendly, and the food is good. We especially enjoy the fish and chips, the Reuben sandwiches, the french dips, the cheese curds, and the sweet tea. Our favorite server is Betty, but props to all of them for always handling a busy crowd with a smile and some grace.

We had a fantastic lunch at Packer Saloon and Cannibal Grill while visiting the quaint mountain town of Lake City, CO. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic, fitting perfectly with the beautiful surroundings. I had the fried buffalo chicken sandwich with French fries—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the French dip with sweet potato waffle fries, and he loved every bite! The service was warm and welcoming, and we really enjoyed chatting with some of the locals. Great food, great people, and a great stop—we highly recommend it!

This was a great stop during a 4×4 trip to have a break. The weather was wonderful and they have a HUGE outdoor area so it was perfect. I would say it could be tough on a bad weather day as the indoor seating is very limited. The food was great, portions were very generous, and service was fast. Will definitely return.

Nice place. Lots of outdoor seating for groups of all sizes. Outdoor space ambiance with a campfire (safely encircled by rows of large rocks) with seating around. Indoor seating available as well. Both indoor and outdoor bar. Some confusion on menu item that said Angus burger & brisket (we didn’tget any brisket so asked; waitress was unsure and came back saying it should say OR; then manager came over and said it was a blend. The burger was good and the neighbor’s pizza looked good too!

An amazing place to sit down and have an ice cold beer! And the food is always great too! The outdoor seating area is spacious and really allows you to enjoy the gorgeous Lake City summer weather. The owners are amazing and really go out of their way to accommodate us! 10/10 recommend.

If you are in Lake City this is a must! We decided to stop in and grab some food after a long day of riding the Alpine Loop. The atmosphere was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious! And the drinks were nice! Our waiter was awesome and very attentive! Great place to eat after a long day! This place is definitely worth stopping by and checking out!

I was so disappointed in this restaurant. The last time we ate here the food was awesome! This time, it was okay. My beef dip was pretty dry and hard. The sauce was okay. Everyone ate their food but, it just wasn’t as good as last time. The waiters were very kind and helpful but not very attentive. I had coffee, and they never came back around to see if I needed any more. The bathroom inside the bar area was disgusting! There’s a really nice bar here and outdoor seating and dogs are allowed.

The food was good, but it seemed to lack a little heart, and with it, some flavor. We had the cheese steak and the French dip and they were a little bland for our palates. I must point out that I am a chef who deals with bold flavors, so I may be expecting too much, as I am aware that some folk can’t deal with pronounced flavor profiles. The atmosphere was awesome, especially on that beautiful afternoon, and the service was prompt and delightful. I will be back.
