⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pacific Pearl Kitchen – A True Hidden Gem at Lowe Mill!

Pacific Pearl Kitchen completely exceeded my expectations! Tucked away in Lowe Mill, this spot is an absolute must-visit. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top tier—the staff has an incredible way of personalizing your dining experience and making you feel genuinely welcomed.

I had my heart set on the chicken wings before even walking in, and when I was placing my order, I was told they had just run out. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff quickly stepped in with thoughtful recommendations, and I decided to try something else.

Here’s where they truly went above and beyond: while I was enjoying my meal, the staff surprised me by locating a wing just so I wouldn’t miss out. That level of care and attention is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests.
The food was full of flavor, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced, making the entire experience even better.

Without a shadow of a doubt, I will be returning—and recommending Pacific Pearl Kitchen to everyone I know. If you’re at Lowe Mill and looking for amazing food paired with outstanding service, don’t miss this hidden gem!

I’ve been following you guys on FB. We decided to give it a try today for lunch. I came in while they were preparing duck with white rice. It looked delicious, but I decided to play it safe and go with the chicken adobe. My wife chose fried rice and chicken lumpia. Both our orders came out rather quickly. Both orders were piping hot and flavorful! We will definitely return and try other items. I want to try their wings and roasted duck.

We caught Pacific Pearl Kitchen out at Das Stahl Bierhaus a couple weeks ago while playing trivia. This business started as a food truck and still operates as such. Last I heard, however, they also were opening (or perhaps have now OPENED) a full restaurant inside Lowe Mill. I’m not sure if it’s still under construction or operating yet, but definitely something to keep an eye on!

Anyway, this business offers some fairly unique options to the Huntsville area! The menu features dishes primarily from the Philippines and Hong Kong. The menu changes frequently but has featured items like sisig, lumpia, bubble waffles, and more.

The service we received out of the trailer was polite and prompt. Our food was cooked fresh so took a little while to receive it, but we were glad when we did!

We initially both wanted chicken adobo but they had sold out, so we wound up with two orders of beef chow fun. I got a cucumber salad and Chinese style dumplings with mine, while husband opted for dumplings and an extra lumpia with his. Entrees are supposed to come with one lumpia each. Unfortunately, my husband’s order only wound up with his side order of an extra lumpia. Idk if that cancels out the initial lumpia everyone is supposed to get – kind of a bummer if so. I think this was just an accident.

Our food was quite tasty! The cucumber salad was extremely fresh and bright and had a very subtle heat from the chopped bell peppers. Our dumplings were soft, a little slippery, and unctuous, made better by the chili oil on top. Each lumpia was crisp and flavorful. I would have liked just a little more beef in my beef chow fun, but the pieces of meat I did get were tender and not too fatty. The noodles weren’t overcooked but pleasantly springy. We both asked for our food to be spicy, which was accomplished by the addition of more chili oil. I liked the addition but could’ve gone for more actual heat; as it was, it was a small spritz of heat and just nice chili flavor. At least, to me it was – my dad tried a sample and about fell over. But he’s a weenie about spice, so YMMV.

I look forward to trying the location at Lowe Mill in the future, or catching the truck again. I am thankful for a taste of something unique to the Huntsville food scene!

My wife loved her meal, but mine was very bland. I had the vegetarian meal with rice, eggplant, bok choy, and green beans. There was a sauce included that was very good, but there needed to be more of it to make up for the lack of seasoning.
The eggplant was the best part of the meal, but just needing some light seasoning.
Soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauces were available at the table which helped.
There needs to be a better description on the menu of what each meal is. We weren’t sure what exactly was included in the different options.

Amazing Cantonese Roasted Duck! It has a lot of meat and not a lot of fat. I am glad they are now offering this dish as you can’t find this anywhere in Huntsville. The only downside is they barely give you enough rice to supplement the duck (mind you a half duck can serve 2 people and the rice they provide is barely enough for one person). I also wish they would sell this dish everyday instead of just Saturdays. However, they are still in the soft opening phase so I can’t wait when they officially open!!

I found out about this place through social media. Of course, being Filipino, I was so excited. My husband immediately decided to pickup our lunch from there. We got the sisig, lechon, and 2 orders of the lumpia. For the price, in all honesty, I was disappointed. The amount of food was very little. My husband said his sisig was okay (it was small though so it didnt fill him up and it didn’t have the egg he requested, also no rice even though it was an entree?) the lechon was dry and didn’treally have seasoning. The lumpia was okay, but the wrapper was more chewy than crunchy. which is weird to me. I only took a picture of the lechon because for $16.50, it was VERY little.

Edit: The restaurant has blocked me on fb (I’m guessing because of my review). Which is fine, but should really take some criticism.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, and I found the owner and chef, Mayleen, to be exceptionally accommodating. Although they were closed today in preparation for their upcoming grand opening, they graciously welcomed us and served us some homemade longsilog and dumplings. These dishes completely satisfied my cravings and were absolutely delicious. I certainly plan to return whenever I find myself missing Filipino cuisine. Thank you, Pacific Pearl Kitchen, for finally bringing a Filipino restaurant here to Huntsville.

Food was very good, the adobo wasn’t ready yet when we went but both the char siu and chow fun were great. Very enjoyable and worth visiting – we’ll be back.

Highly recommend Pacific Pearl Kitchen at Lowe Mill. The food is fresh and delicious. We had the Chinese dumplings, pork lumpia, Mayleen’s fried rice and beef chow fun. So wonderful! My dad said the lumpia is just like he used to get in the Philippines. We can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu.
